Each time we called; we spoke with a real person. Whether it was their answering service or the office directly, we were greeted with kindness, and everyone was very helpful. When it was the answering service, we received a call back the very next day from the office confirming they received our message and responded to what our request was for. Not having rented a bin before, we realized the night before it was scheduled to be delivered it was going to be too small. We called back that night and asked for a larger bin. They were very accommodating, no complaints, no problem, they brought the larger bin as scheduled the next morning. To our surprise we still filled the first bin the first day and needed another one! We called them back and explained our situation and they had a new bin out the next morning and picked up the full one. We loved that the bin itself was easily accessible with the doors that opened on the back. They delivered the bin exactly where we requested and picked it up without hesitation when we requested. If I ever have another need for dumpster services, I will absolutely call Bin There Dump That. read more

I recently removed a rotten deck, rotting rail road tie retaining wall, and fence and knew I would need space to put all of this debris. Bin There Dump That was a great option and I will absolutely use them and recommend their services to friends in the future. They showed up before 8 am on both the delivery and pick-up dates. The driver that delivered the roll off asked exactly where I wanted it located and skillfully placed it. The pick up driver was also courteous. The dimensions of the roll off were great because my driveway is short, but the 20 yard option is a smaller footprint than my coupe, so it was perfect, but quite tall, so there was plenty of space for my multiple projects worth of refuse. I received immediate responses when I called, always got email confirmation as well as a reminder of my pick up date. I cannot overstate how good this company did for me. Thank you! read more

My experience with Bin There Dump That was amazing! I explored every option possible, when planning a garage/shed clean out project, in an effort to avoid using a roll off service. I was previously scarred by a terrible, expensive mistake; Once bit and twice shy! I finally realized that my only choice was to give the industry another try. I did a lot of research and submitted qoute requests to several local businesses. BTDT was the first to respond, with a do-able quote and reasonable terms and in a professional, down to earth manner. From first conversation to drop off to pick up the experience was flawless! William and his awesome crew changed my long term negative mind set regarding the "trash haulers" of our world. I will recommend them to all I know and won't hesitate to use them again! read more

Excellent service and communication from start to finish. We had seen others in our neighborhood use them and so we decided to give them a try. WORTH IT 1000%!!! The dumpster we ordered for a garage/house clean was perfect and was delivered right on time. We had to reschedule last minute due to an injury and they were super accommodating. Ammie was really helpful and friendly with scheduling and pick up. She also answered questions during the time we had the bin regarding stuff we weren't sure was allowed. The driver was fast, friendly, on time, and made sure to protect our driveway when dropping the bin as well as cleaning up our driveway after pick up as well. Highly recommend and will definitely use BTDT any time we need a roll off in the future. read more

My experience seriously could not have been better. I sent requests for quotes to several companies. I got two replies. Bin There was more expensive by $50 (about 15%), so I called the cheaper competition. The soonest they could get a bin out was 5 days after my request. I didn't want to miss the weekend, so I called Bin There. I got a live person (answering service), but my call was returned by the boss within 30 minutes, and less than two hours after my initial call, the bin was delivered exactly according to my instructions. I hope I do not have occasion to use these services again, but if I do, Bin There has unquestionably won my business because I am willing to pay a small premium for an immediate solution to my problem. read more

Awesome Customer Service! We contacted Bin There Dump That for a quote, along with several other companies. Brenda responded right away, gave a good and fair price and explained how they worked. We scheduled our dumpster delivery. William was right on time and called to let us know he was on the way. Sounds strange, but the dumpster was clean! William was professional, and friendly. We had a couple of questions during the week we had the rental. Again, very prompt responses. We had the dumpster for 7 days. Jay called us the morning of the pickup He was friendly, and did a quick job of the pickup. Will definitely use Bin There Dump That again! Highly recommend! 5 stars! read more

Bin There Dump That should not get 5 stars...they are exceptional and delivers excellent service. I wish I could select 100 stars! I was referred to two different companies. Bin There Dump That is more affordable and it was my easiest transaction since we started our home project! Many many thanks to Abby and William for walking me through the process and all my options. They delivered the dumpster same day and offered after-hours support too! I am a customer for life! I know there are no guarantees in life...but this company is a reliable, safe, and ideal choice. My experience would guarantee it. Thanks again! read more

I've used this company twice now, and I've had nothing but positive experiences. The gentleman who dropped off my truck both times was timely, accommodating, and very kind. He wanted to ensure the dumpster was exactly where I needed it, and he skillfully maneuvered it into my backyard (and it wasn't easy)! They've been prompt to return my emails or answer my calls, and the entire staff has just made this process transparent and easy. Plus, their prices were much more affordable than the other two places I called. Will continue using this company as I tackle my home renovation! Thank you Bin There Dump That! read more

Outstanding residential dumpster service! My wife and I were faced with cleaning out an elderly parent's home. It's amazing how much "stuff" a person can accumulate. Seriously, it's amazing. Bin There Dump That, was prompt, understanding of our needs, and simply an essential part of the process. The dumpster was immediately in place, on the driveway and blended in with the neighborhood. We were talked through the process of sizing and what could be thrown away. Dumpster one, is done! Dumpster two will be ordered shortly! Friendly and professional; we would use no one else. My wife and I had a lot of 'junk' to get rid of after 25 years in our home. I contacted William @ "Bin There Dump That", I believe out of Arvada. The cost for the 20 cubic yard bin was the one I chose. I feel the price was right and keeping it for seven days gave us plenty of time to fill it. Their were no 'extra' fees involved and just the usual industry restrictions, no tires, tv's, chemicals, etc The bin arrived clean, and painted and fit in a driveway space, unlike many companies which place a piece of rusted junk in your yard. I would use this company again. read more

I'm still in disbelief at how quickly our dumpster arrived. I started a landscaping project and quickly realized the old rock/mulch/dirt was more than we could handle through our compost bin and called Bin There Dump That. We had a dumpster literally within two hours on the same day (!). All done with your project? Just call and they whisk it away. The entire process was effortless and efficient. And the icing on the cake was they also sell the City of Denver street permits (because in Denver you need a permit for anything). We will definitely be using again! read more

William and his crew are running a great business with superior customer service! They always answered the phone or my email or my text immediately depending on what was easier for me. I ordered 3 dumpsters over the course of the last few months and it was so easy - they had my account looked up within seconds after calling and the dumpster was delivered exactly when and where they said and picked up as soon as we were done. Look no further - this is the best dumpster rental company. I hope they put all the other "lazy" dumpster companies out of business. read more

We needed a dumpster to prepare for an estate sale and could not be happier with the experience we had with Bin there, dump that of Parker. Fred was extremely friendly, detail oriented and helpful. Based on the circumstances, he recommended the right size to use and it was perfect. His quote was also the most competitive. The delivery and pick up was flawless and they used wood blocks to protect our driveway. The unit arrived clean and even several hours earlier that we were anticipating. We were extremely happy with using Bin There, Dump That. read more

A fellow small business owner used Bun There Dump That - so when I needed a dumpster for a clean up project I thought I would give them a try. I had priced 3 of the larger coMpanies and they were quite expensive. Bin There Dump That was not only the most economical option - the customer service with Payton was excellent, the drop off and pick up was as promised and when sometime took the liberty to use our dumpster for their mattress I was advised 2 mattresses were part of the price. Made my day and would highly recommend. read more

I have used Bin There Dump That twice now. Both times have been great experiences. I am not fond of speaking on the phone but the few times I have called they were nothing but pleasant. They are also quick to respond to emails. I was pleasantly surprised with how flexible they were on pickup dates and delivery. I was able to get one delivered next day without any trouble at all. I appreciate the effort they put into protecting the driveway as well. I have nothing but good things to say about them and highly reccomend them. read more

Bin There Dump That not only has a clever name, their services are outstanding. The company is professional, prompt, efficient and friendly. I've used their services twice now and am very pleased to do business with them. I highly recommend this company if you are in the need of a dumpster. Their dumpsters are driveway friendly, the folks that deliver and pick up are very conscientious about not damaging the concrete the dumpster sits on. Prices are very competitive. I will definitely do business with them again. read more

This business was great. They marketed me through Instagram. I is was able to get a quote immediately through email. I took a quick survey regarding my needs. Bin there dump that even called me the next morning to let me know a quote for my needs. I immediately booked a time for them to bring me the roll off. The person assisting me was able to help me determine which size I needed. Once the person came to drop off the roll off they called me. Customer service over the phone was awesome as well as in person. read more

First off, it's extremely hard to find anyone to provide service in the mountains. When I called the first time, they were more than happy to deliver a dumpster for me... last minute! I have used them twice and both times BTDT went out of their way to deliver. As I'm trying to get our house ready to sell and dealing with contractors that can't seem to follow through with what they're offering on a timely basis, the dumpster was one stress I didn't have to worry about. Wish I could find more like them!. read more

I can't put a limit on the amount of gratitude I have for Kayla, Aimee and the gentleman who dropped and picked up both dumpsters for me. I lost my spouse last year to COVID and the move I am having to do is hard enough alone. When I tell you this company has made my life easy is an understatement. The mannerisms they display as well as the care and concern in their hearts it would make anyone want to use their services over and over again. Thank you Bin there Dump That from the bottom of my heart. read more
