We called Elite to rent a dumpster for a week or so and clean out our basement and garage. At first they didn't have a dumpster available in the size we wanted but I decided to get on the wait list just in case and I'm glad that I did. They called the next day to let us know that they had one available and it could be delivered the day we were looking for. Awesome! The delivery driver was insanely skilled at dropping the dumpster in our driveway! We offered to move the car that was parked on one side but he said there was no need. He parked the dumpster between our car and our mailbox with maybe 2 feet in each side and he did it perfectly! It made it so much more convenient for me to toss stuff out of the garage with the dumpster right in front of it. After a week, we still had the dumpster and I called just to make sure I hadn't made a mistake about the pickup times. Turns out, you call them when you're done and we still had more time included in the price we paid. I had no idea! So we were able to do some yard clearing the following weekend and really fill our container which was an expected bang for our buck. Overall, we were really pleased with the ease of the whole process and having paid for dumpsters before, I felt the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend Elite Roll-Off to others. read more

elite got bought out by fuzion services. this company is a rip off. they do everything they can to charge you extra and they state "safety issues to charge you 125.00 for a trip charge for not picking up the dumpster. please read yopur contract and don't use this company for anything. this company is a joke. i will never use them again and i will talk to others i know to avoid them like the plague!!!! read more

Only place to get smaller bin!! The other guys don't even have 5 and 10 yard bins, and despite not having a lot of competition, they're still a pretty good deal. And they are very responsive and will work with you on time frames. See longer review in pics. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. We called Elite for a quote and they were not only the best price out of the 4 companies we called, they were the most responsive and had a dumpster in our driveway the next day! Lena was so quick to respond and even answered an email on Easter Sunday. By far the most friendly, easy to work with and professional company we've come across! They will be our go-to from here on out! read more

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Lyna who claimed to be the owner was so rude and it was honestly sad that she felt she could act and speak this way to a potential customer. There are several companies who provide much better customer service in the area. read more

ELITE ROLL-OFF SERVICES (DENVER, CO) WAS SUPPOSED TO REMOVE A DUMPSTER FROM OUR DRIVEWAY NO LATER THAN YESTERDAY. Our roof was replaced last week. IT HAS YET TO BE REMOVED AND WE STILL CANNOT PARK IN OUR DRIVEWAY. AVOID THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT THEM TO OPERATE IN A TIMELY MANNER. read more

I've rented 30 yard dumpsters from Elite twice now, and they always come through. I have a very steep driveway and the first time I ordered a dumpster I was terrified at how they were going to get that thing up it. They did it with ease, I couldn't believe it! They have always outbid their competitors as far as price is concerned and their service is prompt and reliable. I only needed my dumpster for 2 days this last time as I was going to have a large party and basically wanted to fill it up and get it out asap and they were able to accommodate me. Another bonus is that this is a Woman Owned Small Business, in which the owner is super friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable which I fully support. Thanks Elite! read more

Can't say enough good things about this company. Ordered a roll-off for a home demo and yard cleanup. We ordered a 15 yard dumpster but after an evaluation we quickly realized that we would need the much larger 30 yard. We called the day before our scheduled drop off (very last minute) and was told they didn't have any available but would put us on the list for a larger one if one came available. The day of delivery the driver called to verify the exact location to drop it in front of our house, he was very polite and concerned about correct placement. When I arrived home that day I was pleasantly surprised by the 30 yard that was waiting to be filled. Pickup was easy and hassle free, and the customer service staff was one of the most professional and friendly service centers I have ever dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Well, here is the typical case where "I'm sorry" is not quite enough. I rented a dumpster from them. I am a Contractor, and when I need to be off a jobsite, I need to be gone without excuse. I rented the dumpster on a Monday and they said it would be picked up in 7 days, the following Monday. Monday happened to fall on a holiday, so they told me Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came and went, then they called and said Thursday. Thursday they called and said a truck broke down, they will get it Friday. Friday came and went. I was done on Friday and because there was a dumpster in front of the house, it cost the owners a weekend of open houses! Then Monday came, and they STILL did not get it. So i called, and she say, "oh you aren't even on the pick up list anymore, sorry"!!!!! I wanted to laugh. Poorly run company, unorganized. You caused a huge problem for me, and I have to explain why these people have a dumpster in their driveway for an extra week and a half. I wanted her to offer a partial refund. That is how you give great customer service. I won't use Elite roll off again. Take your business somewhere else. read more

Top Flight Service at a Low Cost - I have renovated three homes and have used Elite for all of them. They deliver and pick up on time and always call before they arrive. Pricing is great but their service is second to none. Elite must have the most skilled drivers in the industry. I am renovating a condo in central Denver where the roll off needed to be dropped in a parking space off of a relatively narrow alley. The driver managed to position the roll off perfectly (first a 15 yd and then a 10 yd) without any damage to the property. It was a VERY tight fit but he went above and beyond to slowly and carefully maneuver his truck so that he could get the roll off into place without blocking my neighbor's parking space. This will continue to be my "go to company" for roll off services. read more
