I rented the 9ft in Oct for a garage cleaning. The dumpster fit in my garage and we were able to fill without having to worry about others dumping their things. Best $300 I have ever spent, will use again when it is ready to downsize. read more

I own and operate a local home services business in the Denver Metro area. I have used Sam's Hauling a few times and had been quite happy with them. I called them to deliver a 6 cu. yd. Roll-off with a lid. I contacted them on Friday April 3rd and discussed all the details of my job with whoever answered the phone. I needed the roll-off to go to a vacant lot in Longmont. I did not have a physical address for the lot but was assured by the person on the phone that major cross streets would be enough to set up the delivery in their system. I called on Wednesday, April 8th to arrange delivery of the roll-off. I spoke with Debbie and she informed me that she absolutely must have a physical address to input into their system. (OK? What was the other employee that I spoke with previously talking about then.....) I know the business next door to my job, so I obtained permission to use their address for Sam's to input into their system. Well, that just wasn't good enough.... long story short.... while being polite and professional sounding, Sam's Hauling needs to tighten up what they tell their customers over the phone. If the first gentleman had informed me correctly, then I could have either hunted down the address of my vacant lot OR found another company who is a little more flexible before the clock started on my job. Now I am scrambling and the clock is ticking on my schedule.... time is money. This whole misinformation scenario is very unprofessional. We've rented dumpsters twice now -- once from Sam's Hauling and once from another company -- and we will not stray again. Sam's Hauling was a very positive experience. They're local, responsive, super affordable, and genuinely care about their customers. When you call, a real person answers the phone, not a call center. They're flexible with scheduling and helped us out last time when our timeline shifted. Unfortunately, when we needed another dumpster recently, they didn't have availability for a few days, so we went with someone else (Humpty Dumps) -- and it was a disaster. We paid more for less service and zero flexibility. Lesson learned. Sam's Hauling was a much better overall experience and cost. If you want to make your clean-out project easier and less stressful, call them first. read more

Dumpsters are crazy expensive these days. Sam's offers good value for their various sizes and so far great customer service. Will likely be a returning customer if the need arises. read more

I've used Sam's 3 times in the last month for dumpsters to clean out a house for an estate sale. Every time the delivery was prompt and on time. Communication was great. We filled one 16 cubic/yard dumpster the first day, and Sam's was very accommodating to pick-up and drop-off a second dumpster the next day. The third rental was for a 9 cubic/yard for final clean. Again, Sam's expedited the pickup in time for the home to go on the market. I can strongly endorse Sam's for both service and price. read more

We have used Sam's dumpsters twice now for two home projects. Great price, they deliver and pick up when they say they're going to, and they are very clear on what can and can't go in the dumpster. Fair prices. Will definitely continue to use them when we have projects! read more

I originally ordered a 16 foot dumpster. They dropped off a 12 footer with out reimbursement. they then refused to pick it up charging me an additional $75. Save your money, don't go with them because they are the cheapest. read more

The "Ninja of Roll-off's"! I called and made arrangements to have a 9 yard roll-off delivered for our impending move (why move it if you can throw it away?) I gave clear instructions on where to have it delivered, and on the morning it was supposed to, it magically appeared! I never heard or saw the delivery person. They called me a couple of days before the scheduled pick-up (it was left for a week) to verify I would be ready on the scheduled day. That day arrived, and (again) the roll-off magically disappeared. I never saw anyone with Sam's - but they did exactly as they said they would. I will absolutely use them again - it was perfect! read more

Best price in town. I contacted a couple of dumpster vendors through Yelp. I received a call back almost immediately from Sam"s discussed prices, and booked an appointment for drop off within 24 hours. They even called the day before pick up to see if we finished our project or if we needed more time. In an area where cost is king, a little customer service can go a long way. I was hopeful that Sams would fill that niche. Unfortunately not the case, "Policy" trumps customer service at Sams. Disappointing as it doesn't take a lot to shine in this industry. Try Discount Dumsters, I have found them to be more accommodating. read more

Price, quality of service, quality of equipment, and people are all excellent.

I removed a sidewalk from my backyard this summer, and only then realized that you can't throw out concrete for the regular trash pick-up. I had several people come by to estimate how much it would cost to either get it picked up or provide a dumpster, and the estimates were all over the place. Then I called Sam's. Brian helped me estimate how much concrete I had, and recommended a dumpster size. They were super-flexible in scheduling the drop-off and pick-up, and were on time for both. The dumpster size was just right for my load. Not only that, but I went over my weight limit by about 10%, but they let it slide without charging a the standard fee. Friendly, professional people who walked me through the process. I'd definitely recommend these guys. read more

The customer service provided by Sam's was excellent. They answer their phones promptly no automated system and they answered all of my questions efficiently.....not to mention great friendly attitudes! They were able to see the requested placement location on Google earth and confirm there would be no issues when they delivered a 9 yard roll off. It was an extremely convenient service and the price was fantastic, not to mention a huge time saver for us, we didn't have to haul everything to the dump ourselves. They called a number of days in advance to ensure we would be done with our project and that we didn't need to extend our rental. We got the 16 cubic yard dumpster from Sam's Hauling and we couldn't have been happier with the experience and the price. It was perfect for the spring cleaning job we needed to do to clear and throw away a number of things that have been taking up space over the years in our our house and backyard. The drop off and pick up was both easy and done in a timely matter. And the cost made us say a number of times, "I can't believe it only cost that much" Very happy with everything. It was the first time we got a dumpster and it was so much easier than I expected the process to be. Woohoo! We finally got rid of all the branches piled in the back yard. I bought a house with a wooded yard that was more than I bargained for. I've been trimming branches for two years and haven't been able to toss them out at the same rate that the plants are producing them. Then I found Sam's! They have a small dumpster called "Crane lifted TUBS" on their website that you rent for $115 flat. They deliver the tub to your driveway, you load, and then they haul it off to the dump. I had one delivered on a Thursday and picked up the following Monday. Hooray for a neat yard. read more

I called today asking if they could provide a mini 6 yard roll off dumpster and they told me no because I am 5 to 10 minutes out of there scope of delivery. I begged the manager to please make an exception. He still told me that they would not be able to do this. I remained cordial on the phone but was really frustrated with there unwillingness to work with me. Instead they referred me to a company that doesn't do mini roll offs which is the entire reason for me wanting to use there company. Its really irritating because they are literally the only company I can find that has mini roll offs. I would have been giving them a lot more business because I am going to need a big roll off when I sell my house to get rid of things. Its just sad how unwilling they were to work with me on the distance issue. Its not like I was asking them to deliver another 20 miles away its literally another 5 to 10 minutes outside there scope of delivery. I wouldn't recommend this company cause clearly they will not compromise and won't try to work with there potential customers. read more

Sam's has been wonderful to deal with. The smallest dumpster is perfect for a bathroom demo and the pricing is very reasonable.

We used the 11 ft mini rolloff for our kitchen remodel. I was able to figure out the size I needed on their nice and informative website--they have pricing, sizes, and photos so you can get a sense of how much you can fit. The 11 ft size was perfect--fit our demo'd counters, backsplash, drywall, and cabinets with room to spare. It fit perfectly in our driveway, and stayed put even on a hill. The office staff was courteous and easy to work with on the phone. They called to confirm delivery and pick up ahead of time. The driver even delivered the dumpster in the middle of the April bomb cyclone, and placed it exactly where we needed it. Pick up was on time and flawless as well. I had never needed to rent a dumpster before, and the price and experience exceeded my expectations. read more
