Josh is exactly the kind of employee who makes you want to keep coming back. My wife and I visited the Flat Iron Mall location for help with our cell phone service, and Josh delivered an experience that, frankly, I rarely see. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with from the moment we walked in. What impressed me most was his ability to assist multiple customers at the same time without making any of them, including us, feel like they were getting less. That is a rare skill. He kept the energy calm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. I work in a field where evaluating and recruiting talent is part of the job, and Josh has the qualities that stand out: knowledgeable, composed, and clearly invested in what he does. His grasp of the products and service goes well beyond what the role requires. He is a strong representative of this location and the kind of person worth recognizing. read more

Victra Verizon store- Broomfield, CO (Flatirons Mall). Bait & Switch with no accountability- Was promised a final / total bill of ~$230 monthly back in January 2026 and now it's September 2026 and my bill remains $300. Original sales person moved onto a different store - spoke to replacement and he put me in contact with the business manager who now says she doesn't manage that store- Put in contact with her replacement and have text string saying he would have this resolved in 2-3 weeks. I've reached out 4-5 times (calling and texting), no response. Victra is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to represent Verizon. read more

Without a doubt the most agonizing experience trying to get a new phone. Tried to initiate a trade in with the $1,000 credit that I qualified for. Manager on duty had absolutely zero clue what to do and I never got my credit and am now out a thousand dollars because I was never credited. read more

We upgraded my daughter's iPhone on Saturday, and had a great experience working with Jonah! He was fast, knowledgeable, and promised if the bill didn't reflect our transaction correctly, we could simply bring it back to this Victra location and they would fix it. Would definitely recommend working with Jonah! read more

I didn't have the best experience at this store. I believe the guy I worked with was named Gabe. Basically I went in to upgrade my iPhone 8+ to an iPhone 12. I made that clear as soon as he approached me. After that, it seemed like he led all of his information with "we probably won't have the phone color you want" and "you probably won't have access to your account since it was just changed"-none of which turned out to be true. He seemed more inclined to say he couldn't help me then could, so I ended up going to another Verizon store entirely just to avoid having a similar experience again. read more

I would give it minus 10 stars if I could. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Read the BBB Reviews before you step foot in here! They are NOT BBB accredited and have 1.5 stars. Hundreds of people were made promises and once they got their bills--promises are NOT kept. Carmine made a promise to lower our monthly bill on 6 lines, credits, military discount. Which we have in writing and have e mailed to Verizon. When our bill came, it was triple the amount of our old bill. After numerous phone calls and more promises to "escalate and resolve the issues"--no returned phone calls. And Carmine no longer works there! We have wasted so much time and energy, money and are so frustrated with their lack of customer service! DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

This place deserves zero stars, but Yelp doesn't let you do that. Please go to an actual Verizon store for good, customer support and service. My story: I strolled in one day in August to discuss different plans. I assumed they were a Verizon store and not a knock off franchise (or whatever they are). The sales person talked to me about trading in my iPhone 6 for an 8. I told the guy I was fine with my phone because it still worked and I liked my plan. The guy went over different plans and showed my plan going up $5 and I would also get 5 GB a free Hum device for my car. Sounded good to me. I went over the details of the plan and expressed several times that I didn't want any surprises as I generally don't trust salesmen because I know they are mostly concerned with lining their pockets and not with customer satisfaction. I expressed going over what the bill would look like with taxes added to it and everything. The guy seemed thorough and trustworthy. He told me $90 a month plus a free Hum device for my car. I told him I did not want insurance as I would get apple care coverage. He informed the next bill would be more but then the bill after that would be around $90 all together. Seemed good. The first bill was high and then the second was higher. Long story, short, I called Verizon and they informed that Victra is not an actual Verizon store but they sell Verizon products. I was informed to call the store and talk to the manager. I did on Oct. 6th. I expressed my complaints and he took my number and email and the manager said would get back to me in a day or two. Well, it's Oct. 25th and I still haven't heard from the manager either by phone or email. Turns out the Hum product was not free and they added insurance payments to my phone. Please go to an actual Verizon store and work with Verizon employees so you can avoid this headache. Through their own actions, they've shown they do not care about their customers and only about their profits. Hope this helps. read more

My complaint isn't based off the time one of the four representatives and one floor manager. They were busy with other customers and they got to me when they could to let me know they can be with me shortly. Shortly, still hasn't came (37 minutes into waiting) and as I saw new customers come in they were greeted promptly and helped...me for the other hand is still awaiting help. As if it couldn't get any worse, my speculation in the chair of this open 20'x30' store; as it slows down to 3 customers, I'm still left unattended. You're probably thinking at this point, "hey man why don't you get up and be more assertive and grab there attention" I'm a pretty easy going guy usually, but not afraid to speak up. I asked if I could get some help, and with a quickness "what do you need?" As I started to state my 2 concerns with my current plan / phone, I was told "yeah, when I'm free and I'm not sure" but before I could finish... I was going to say, I'm here to add 3 more lines, trade my phone, pick up a new one and some accessories. Now, it's (45 minutes) and I'm sticking around for a moment longer, just to give them benifit of the doubt, before I just call, disconnect my 11 year continuance of service and go to the next carrier in the mall and give them my business. (60 Minutes Yall) floor is empty now, with one employee and a customer. The other 2 are awaiting to pick up their phones from a purchase made hours ago, they told me. Needless to say...Verizon has lost my business, due to this fine establishment. My advise, go to a corporate store or another retailer. Not a 3rd party store, I wish I knew of this prior to waiting or I would have just went to that one. Too much time wasted here with poor customer service and from my speculation of the other customers I chatted with between the wait, they're not pleased either, but this is the only store they could travel to other than venturing out into the city. read more

Awesome team of people working here as best they can. I finally found a service that works in my area. I got a great deal, affordable to what I could do, and every time I go in I get the best quality service. I am very thankful read more

If you buy something from this store with a lifetime warranty you better make sure that they carry it for a lifetime otherwise they will literally tell you "your shit out of luck then, bud, we carry _____ now and you would Have to buy that full price but luckily it comes with a lifetime warranty!" When asked for the manager... HE WAS THE MANAGER WHO TRAINED THEM! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE - read the BBB reviews before you step foot in this place!!! Hundreds of people were made promises and once they got their bills - surprise! You wont get those 'deals' they promise. And months and months later, you'll still be wasting your time, trying to get what they promised. Oh....and victra - dont bother replying to my reviews. Because you'll call and promise to make it right...and we'll never hear from you again! Just trying to save anyone else from doing 'business' (well, getting ripped off) by you. read more

Kevin did an AMAZING job helping me understand the option I have to replace my phone vs buying a new Apple phone. I really appreciate the time he took and I felt a lot better about my screen being cracked and the route to replace it after taking with Kevin. If you have Verizon, go here before going to the Apple store for help. read more

Real disappointing that this authorized store only there to SELL things - no service if you return if you come back the next day. GLADLY SWITCHING read more

If you want true Verizon service stay away from this store. They are hire rigid people that have little to know product knowledge. The "district" manager sold my wife a phone telling her that it has the only feature she wanted "the best camera". Well he sold her a cheap version that had no better camera than the one she currently has, when we came to correct the problem we were told it was a $35 restocking fee though the phone was still in the box and had not been set up. Steer clear of this and any authorzed Verizon dealers. They are profit machines and have no customer service motive at all. I will never darken their door again and I will make sure that everyone I know does the same. VERY Poor customer service and not what I would expect from company that prides themselves on customer service. read more

We waited in this store for 45 mins. There was only one worker and he was taking his good ole time with the customer. Didnt go out of the way to at least say "hey it'll be a few minutes". How could the manager of this kid leave him alone to run a store. Annoying !! read more

Before doing business at this store I was skeptical because they are NOT an actual Verizon store but an authorized retailer. We worked with a guy named Carmine who made me feel like I was on a used car lot. He made several promises of credits that up till now (3 months later) have not materialized. To top it off, the process of setting up our business account took 6hrs while sitting in the store. After waiting 6hrs, the Business account manager (Moses) told me he would not be able to set up the account unless I gave him my personal Verizon password, which is totally inappropriate from a cyber security perspective. Currently, our service has been disconnected because we are refusing to pay for things that were promised by Vectra. Beware!!! Go to a real Verizon store. These guys seem like scammers. I have sent several txt messages to Moses and he has never responded. Another agent from Victra has been involved but has not gotten back to us and now Verizon has shut off our service. BTW...We have been with Verizon for over 10 years and have never missed a payment. read more

Watch out for this store. They are only interested in their commission and will LIE to you to get you to purchase their stuff. When confronted about their lies they lie again and say they never said that. When you contact them they don't return calls and will NOT help you. I finally had to call Verizon direct to get them to dump the Hum that we were told was FREE and why wouldn't we want it because it is free. Turns out it is not free and costs right around 300.00 when all is said and done but Ariel got his commission. Real bad customer service. Go to an actual Verizon store not a mall store for better service and the truth! read more
