This T-mobile location is inside the lower level of the Flatirons Mall tucked away in the corner and is hard to see unless you are specifically looking for it. I have been coming to this location for a few years now and always get fast, friendly and competent service. I also like to come to this location because the employees are forthright and honest when I ask them questions about my service and dont try to upsell me on a new phone or to increase my service plan. They just provide me with what I need and thank me when I leave. Good old fashioned service keeps me coming back everytime. read more

I've had nothing but amazing service from the employees of this store. From the beginning step of switching to T-Mobile, to acquiring an iPhone 6 in under 24 hours (no small feat at the time of my becoming a T-Mobile customer due to the high demand of the iPhone 6 around release date), to helping me apply a screen cover... fortunately, with T-Mobile, those are the largest concerns I've even faced (no billing hassles, etc.). Extra props to Stefan and his evening/night manager (I forget his name, sorry!). They have gone and continue to go above and beyond the job description just to keep customers happy and because they seem to love their jobs. EDIT: I am an IT professional and I love how knowledgeable the employees at this location are. I can ask high level questions about service and network functionality and I get educated/honest answers. read more

Excellent service from Roger!! I highly recommend you coming to this TMobile store. I have been a customer with TMobile for over 30 years and found him to be the most patient and respectful employee at any store that I have been to in a long time with TMobile. I must also add that the layout of the store provides a lot of room and has comfortable chairs and tables so that you aren't on top of all the other shoppers while you are working on your own phone needs. read more

Here's the thing, I truly think the service and price are excellent. I've had no problems with data or cell service dropping out whether I'm in boulder or in aurora at the university hospital. However, my experience with customer service and this store in general is on the same level as dish network. Every person I have spoken to has outright lied to me or has been wrong. One female worker in the store claimed they could not do anything over the phone, yet another worker had no problem. The tmobile website provides no itemized bill so I had to go in store to request a print out which finally showed that tmobile charged us for jump on three lines which was declined multiple times by all of us at the store during the purchase of the phones. The promotion offered to us by the sales rep of 2.5GB for free for the first month of service was an outright lie. I am still trying to get everything adjusted for the first bill after 4 days straight of phone calls and two physical visits to the store. I initially felt that any inaccuracies on the bill were mistakes, but after dealing with the sales rep in store I now believe they intentionally ignored anything we said and lied about what they were doing. I may recommend the service, but I will never ever recommend this location. read more

Today I was very frustrated with an Android tablet that I received today for a consulting project. ROGER at the T-Mobile store solved the problem (it was caused by buggy software) and answered all my questions about how to use the tablet. He didn't ask if I was a T-Mobile customer, he was just being AWESOME because I walked in and needed help. The other fellow was friendly too. Went into the store today to ask about what I can do since I had cracked my phone. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted by anyone and I stood around for 10 minutes while other customers were being helped. When I saw an available staff member, I walked up to him and he was staring at his phone. I said "excuse me" and all he said was "go on I'm listening," and made no eye contact. Once I started describing my issue I noticed he was talking to another associate across the store who said someone needed to be helped before me. Needless to say the guy said "sorry they're next." So, I waited some more. After they were done, and I was still patiently waiting, the associate still didn't even acknowledge me. Another customer walked in the store and the guy immediately helped him!! I patiently waited again for whatever reason, and when I finally got help (I had to go straight up to him again and made sure to ask "are you free for me now?" all the guy said was to go to Apple because it'd cost more to fix it at T-Mobile. No other suggestions or advice. I was hoping to just upgrade or get a new device but I was so over their customer service I just left disappointed. 30 minutes of my day wasted for a very rude staff that didn't seem to care about their customers at all. read more

While visiting this store, I received very poor service. The phones were alright but the workers there lied and acted rude towards me. My sister and I were looking to buy new iPhones and the worker there told us that they were out of stock and wouldn't be getting ones till 2 weeks. I came back an hour later and asked another worker. He came out with 2 iPhones. I was very frustrated knowing that someone had lied to me. I would recommend going there in the afternoon. There the workers are much nicer than the workers who work in the morning. read more
