I had an excellent experience with this business and their replacing the glass on my iPhone. I did have to wait until the next day, which drives ya nuts when it's the thing we're addicted to most in this world, but next day wasn't bad at all, and they hooked me up with a screen protector for the wait (thanks!). The repair was explained, timely, and cost LESS than any other business I called in my area. What more could I ask for? I was having an issue with my phone screen after dropping it (a couple of times, yikes). Turns out, instead of putting all the important internal parts at the TOP of the iphone, you know, where you don't really *need* to click as much for all the important stuff as we do at the bottom of the phone, such as going back to the home screen, texting/messaging, shutting down apps, etc. Apple decided to put all the wiring down there at the bottom. So, if you get any screen chips there, it really messes up the functionality badly. Pro Tip: If this happens to you, set up the "Assistive Access" mode so you can get back to home! It was a lifesaver while my screen was broken. The well-known chain place I took it to once before, years ago (UBIF), now decided to triple+ the cost because they are using "apple glass" now -- whatever. That's bs because the non-apple glass works perfectly fine for *not* half the cost of an entirely new iphone -- how dumb! This business charged a flat $130 all-in, total price, nothing else, and that was the best price I could find in Denver Metro. They finished my phone on time and followed the instructions to reach me with updates (you'd think this is standard, but it's not! I had the opposite experience at another business). So based on my experience, I'd highly recommend this company if you need a glass replacement on your cell phone.

They're located at the very busy intersection of Colfax and Josephine (southwest corner), but there is a private parking lot with access from both streets. I have only seen them work on issues with smartphones, but they also provide services for tablets, gaming consoles, and many other electronic devices. They are expert at battery and screen replacements for both Android and iPhone devices. Turnaround is usually quite quick. Unlike many repair services these days where you often have to mail items far away or drop things off with an unknowledgeable clerk, at Phone Repair and More you can talk directly with the technicians to ensure there are no miscommunications and that you get the information you need. On Dec 8th 2014 I purchased a (Green) of Dre Beats Studio wired head phones from this company via eBay (they sell a ton via eBay). I bought them for my son for Christmas. They reported on Dec 9th my package was shipped after I ordered and paid Dec 8th, the same day. But after ten days my tracking information via USPS stated the package had arrived at AURORA, CO 80011 "Arrived at USPS Origin Facility" and never moved forward but this was not TRUE! I called and emailed this company several times and finally spoke to Walter in customer service who told me my package was lost??? And stated a new package would be shipped but they only had "black" left now using the same tracking ID! I confirmed with the USPS after opening a search request for my original package that this is impossible, if NetDirectSales actually had shipped my item they could never use the same tracking ID again. Two days after my call my shipment (now a "black" set of head phones, as they were out of green now???) remember I bought and paid for a green set of Studio head phones was shipped and it made it's way to Birmingham, AL from CO destination Southern CA????? On Dec 27th my package finally arrived after traversing the entirety of the US. I had made additional calls and reached Luis in customer support when I requested to immediately speak to a supervisor on Dec 23rd. Luis stated that his supervisor would be calling be back that day, of course they never called me back!!! They also never responded to my email as well via eBay. Upon arrival of my package, I noticed the word "Green" was manually marked out and the word "Black" was instead hand written on the shipping label which further solidifies the fact my shipment was never sent anywhere on Dec 9th. Again I was lied to! Additionally, after the sale (they had their money) NetDirectSales went on to their eBay listing and altered the original posting to restate the color option (green was removed) and the shipping details were altered. My package was stated to have been shipped "Priority Two Day", I received it Dec 27th at 11:30AM. Almost three weeks after I ordered and paid immediately for my item which I remind was changed after I paid for it. All this company needed to do is email or call me and let me know their green head hones had ran out and then ship me a pair of black head phones in time for Christmas on or about Dec 9th, instead they did nothing and my package never arrived in time after three WEEKS!!! Ludicrous customer service practices. I will never shop with them via eBay or any other means. This company offers extremely poor customer support, I wonder how they treat customer's who need to exchange/return an item!!??? I called ahead and asked about it and the guy I spoke to said it would cost $135 for parts and labor and it would take 6 hours to fix. Price was fine because the Thunderbolt is discontinued. I brought my phone in only to find out that they'd have to special order the parts and that they wouldn't be available for a week. No one had mentioned this fact in the numerous phone calls I'd made to them. They also informed me that it was REALLY going to cost $165. I put a deposit on the piece and left. A week later the part came in. The girl who works in the store called and said the guy who would fix it would be in the next day and I could bring my phone to get it fixed. My husband dropped my phone off that night so they could start work on it early the next morning. They said they'd call when it was done. A couple hours before the close of the business day, we called to see if it was ready and they said "need a couple more hours". Called later and they said "right before closing or early the next morning". It WAS done before closing, but we only found this out because we went in to find out. They'd called and left the message saying it was ready ON THE CELL PHONE THEY WERE WORKING ON! This was 27 hours later, not the six like they'd said. We paid the rest and left. We were barely outside the store when I noticed that the kickstand on the back was all bent out of shape and didn't lay flat against the phone anymore. NOW the back of the phone is COMING OFF because they bent it all to hell. In retrospect, maybe I should have just paid for a new phone at Verizon and saved myself the trouble. Complete incompetence should be avoided at all costs, even if it means paying for a new phone. I could understand the delay if they were busy but we'd never seen anyone besides ourselves in the store any time we'd been in. No excuse for destroying my phone.
