Process of bureaucracy is insane here, and it makes it worse that the lazy workers break your phone instead of fixing it. Went here to get a screen replacement off of a Verizon claim, screen was fixed fine. But once I started to use my phone I noticed the battery was dying much faster than before... hmmm. It even glitched out at DIA while trying to pick up friends (what a stress inducer!) then I take it back to the place that "fixed" (more like broke) my phone and they try to gaslight me into saying I'm on tiktok too much (Spoiler, I called Apple and they said it was a hardware issue) And then send me to verizon, who couldn't do anything for me (shucks, it's like the workers should do their job) read more

Recently brought my laptop here to be fixed after dropping it. It took this location almost a full month before calling me to say that the laptop parts (outer case) came in but it was a different color. I declined and said it needed to be fixed properly. After 5 and a half weeks, I was called saying the laptop was fixed. I get it home and the laptop still has several marks all over the lcd screen from the original drop/fall. Why was the lcd never replaced? It's visible damage. Also the track pad won't work & no cursor is displayed on the screen. I'm starting to get pissed off. I get to the location and the entire lobby is full & I can over hear similar frustrations from customers every time I'm here. Just do your damn job right & quite being lazy/cutting corners. Not happy. Especially to wait another hour while you manage to take care of three customers. Ridiculous waiting times, especially to get broken product back & have to do it all again? It's a joke. I want to understand why I have to pay for a screen that they broke. It's simply mind-blowing that they damaged it while replacing parts. I believe that if they took their time, they could fix it without having to break the screen and expect the customer to pay for the damage. read more

Worst customer service ever. I dropped my phone off to get the cracked screen fixed. Was told it would take 2-3 hours. In all reality they had my phone for 5 hours and was returned with no cellular service. When I asked for the technician who supposedly fixed my phone, the employee at the front counter went to the back and I hear him tell him I wanted to talk to him he said I'm on break she will have to wait. Was sent here as an Asurion/Samsung warranty location. Scheduling was fairly easy, and one of the techs even called me the morning before my appointment to ask me about the issues I was having with my Galaxy Buds Pro. I couldn't talk to them at the time they called, since I was at the salon getting my hair dyed. I called them back after my appt, and the person I spoke to said I could drop them off at any time, and that the problem sounded pretty normal for these Buds, and that they'd probably have to have them replaced, and that it would take about 5 to 7 day most likely. I get there to drop them off, and have to wait quite a while. The first tech I talked to was nice, and apologized that it was taking so long, but that they seemed to be having computer issues. The second tech, Miguel, was pretty unpleasant. No personality, was very short with me... He was even off putting about a guy coming in with a printer. Said, "I hope he's not donating/recycling that, because we don't take donations/recycles. Anyway, I told the first tech (I don't remember his name sadly) that I could come back if need be, since the computers were being slow. He told me that was fine, that I just needed to sign something anyway. I told him that they could call me if they wanted, let me know when the papers were ready to sign. I went back to sign the papers, not hearing anything from them, and as I walked up to the counter, I could hear Miguel speaking from the back, asking if I was the one with the earbuds. I told him I was as he walked into view, and he told me, very condescendingly, that they weren't taking Samsung warranty devices right now, and that I'd need to call Samsung. So rude, just pushed my Buds box back at me and all but dismissed me. He wasted my time, and didn't even have the courtesy to call/text me to let me know that they were having issues with Samsung warranties, and that they were sorry they couldn't help me. I was excited about coming back to this repair shop if I needed any repairs in the future, thinking I found a good tech repair shop. I now know I will NEVER return to this location, and probably never even consider going to another uBreakiFix. Not if this is how they treat their customers!! read more

Fixed the glass on my wife's Pixel 6 Pro and did a super job quickly on a Saturday. Booked online and it couldn't have gone much more smoothly. My wife, however, is going to have to live with her martinis stirred, not shaken - as it was shaking a martini that ended up with a broken phone on the floor. ;-) read more

I would not be putting not a single star, but it makes me put at least one.However, I rate this at zero stars, 0 stars, we were supposed to drop our phone off March 14th, and when we got here after Verizon called them. We arrived all the way from Hudson. Colorado. Just for him to tell us he was leaving and could not fix our phone after saying he could and have us drive all the way out here period then we return 315. To have our phone fixed, we drop it off. They open at 10 AM. We dropped it off at 10:25. It is now 3:50 PM, and we're still waiting. And he keeps telling us a 45 minute. Wait more 45 minutes, more 45 minutes more horrible service. The Arvada store sucks... and you can't reach a manager at all..... read more

Do not go here! "Richard" this owner/manager is rude and not helpful. I would also hesitate to use Asurion as a Verizon Coverage for your phones. I was given the run around of my life in just trying to get a new device and at the very least this place could've been professional and actually listened. Went here on June 18th 2025, to get my phone fixed. Was told it would be 3 days to get it. When the phone screen came in it was pink. The guy still wanted to fix my phone, and I told him no until they got the right part in. A week after that they told me they had the part in. I go in the store ant they still didn't have the part. Not only that. They didn't even order it. So I was told it would be there Saturday July 5th. To no avail it was not there. The person behind the counter was very rude and was looking at me like i was in the wrong. I told them I wanted a full 140 dollar refund. I was told "No" because they ordered the part. and I paid for a diagnostic. my thing was that no one even looked at my phone so why would I pay that? I just wanted a full refund for a service that wasn't provided. Fast forward to July 7th. The part finally came in. I took the phone in and dropped it off and told it would be ready at 6pm. I do in the store and the same person handed me my exact phone back with no repairs. She proceeded to ask me "who fixed your phone before?" I said it was fixed here 2 years ago. She said we didn't fix it we fixed an note 20 ultra. I stated its the exact same phone and she looked at me like I was stupid. She proceeded to say that wireless charging part was not connected properly. I stated it was fixed here last so I don't know what to tell you! There was no accountability at this location. Please do not give this location of ubreakifix any of your money or trust. I brought my laptop there to be repaired and they proved themselves unqualified to repair it. After over a month of the laptop being in their possession they had only managed to damage the laptop further, order the wrong part for the repair TWICE, and provide horrible customer service (if you could call it that). The staff at this location is untrustworthy and incompetent. Based on this experience, I would bet that almost any other electronics repair service would be a better option than ubreakifix. read more

They fixed my broken iPad screen in 3 days. It is brand new now and I didn't have to pay a ton to get it fixed. They are very responsive and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend letting them fix your tech products. read more

This place was awful. They accepted my repair appointment online at 10am but they didn't open until 11 am. When I got there, no techs to do any work. And they had no clue when they would have techs to do the work. So why the f&%k did they accept my appointment for a computer repair at this location? I took my Xbox in for a free estimate and 5 days later got a text saying it was fixed. They told me it was $99 and I said I put it in for an estimate and offered $50. They said they will just put it back broken. Poor cumunication. read more

Upon requesting advertised discounts staff advised they were no longer corporate with Asurion and would not honor any discounts. They only offered a 5% (lower) discount if a 5 Star google review was left. Staff was wearing Asurion T-Shirts while claiming to not be affiliated. Staff is either lying about the affiliation to deny a discount (Veteran or Student or Educator) or is wearing T-shirts for a company they don't affiliate with. Shady location, absolutely do not recommend - find another store that affiliates with corporate office to avoid getting scammed. read more

My wife and I had a trip to Denver from Ca recently and the night before our trip she broke her iPhone. We have insurance on the phone and we're told we can get it fix from here. I arrived from the airport and went straight there and talked to a young man named Michael. He said they can fix it and we're booked for the day and we're close on Sunday as it was Easter. After I explained she needed the phone Monday morning to be able to log in for work, he told me he'll squeeze us in and to return about 15 minutes before closing time. My warranty-covered laptop had a failing ssd, and through HP's site, they recommended visiting this location for a fix. I visited this location around 10 times because I was never given phone calls that I was promised with updates. Upon trying to call this location, it always goes to busy, so going in person is the only option. Their customer service line is just as unhelpful. After 3 months of waiting with progress only happening in the last week, I got the laptop back with a new ssd, still not working properly. I realized pretty quickly that my ssd is lost in some other location so I will never get my drive with all my photos and files back. This place is hilariously unprofessional and I think you would get further fixing it yourself. Maybe if I get the drive back I'll bump this to 2 stars, but I know that's not gonna happen read more

Some way I locked my phone. Went to Ibreakyoufix for repairs. Was told they couldn't fix without doing a factory reset. I went home and my son tried to find a way to not do this. He couldn't so I took it back to ifix. They did the reset and was able to get back what was backed up on Google. I was able to recover most everything thing else through other means. They also replaced the broken screen, which was a bit pricey. It's nice to have a new screen. Will definitely use them the next time I need repairs to my Samsung 10e read more

I don't think that technicians at this location were in any way inept, in fact I don't think they were incapable of doing what I needed done, were they able to get the parts. I believe the website needs to be updated and those devices that they do not repair, should be removed from the options. I made an appointment and lost a day and getting this issue resolved. I did notice that I received an email 29 minutes after my scheduled appointment advising that they did not repair this device. Again; the technicians at this location are doing the best they can, I believe corporate and whoever takes care of the website needs to update it so these individuals don't have to take the flak of dissatisfied customers. read more

I was directed by Samsung to this "authorized" dealer to evaluate my phone. I was told by the employee that my phone was unfixable and they would send an email directly to Samsung service of their findings. I sent the phone in to Samsung and they claim the phone has water damage AND THE PHONE WAS NEVER OPENED FOR EVALUATION by this service center. HMMM.. I was told you guys replaced the battery and screen and it still would not work. So it was unfixable and Samsung will replace the phone as it is under warranty. Samsung stated they never received an email from the service center of their findings. There is no record of this service center evaluating my phone at Samsung. I have placed a formal complaint with Samsung about this service center. I don't know if any punishment will be handed out to this repair company but buyer beware. read more

I have been to the Arvada location 4 times, the first two to get a new screen only to find out it was just a cracked screen cover, no charge. The third time to fix my attempt to change my own battery in which I broke something inside and they fixed it promptly and at a very reasonable cost. The last or fourth time yesterday when they replaced the battery in my wife's phone also at a very reasonable cost. Whether on the phone or in person they have been nothing but polite and honest with us. We will always go here when we need service and will recommend to others. read more
