I visited this AT&T store and was helped by Tanner this week. I was there in order to transfer my eSIM from my old unusable phone to a new phone that was delivered te previous night by Asurion. I should have been able to do this on my own very easily, but because the screen on my old phone was unusable, I had to go into the store. Tanner was incredibly helpful, and we ended up having to call AT&T to get security clearance to transfer the eSIM. That process was extensive, but with good reason so that accounts don't get hijacked. All in all it took about 45 minutes, and Tanner was very helpful and friendly. He did mention that I had an unnecessary add-on of a single line protection plan, while also have a multi-line protection plan, so he removed that redundant coverage. After my visit, I did receive an email from AT&T letting me know about a home protection add-on that had been added to our account (this wasn't discussed with me and was a surprise.) I'm not sure if this happened while in the store or an accidental thing from AT&T, but I was able to remove it through the app. Just seemed odd that we removed one thing, and then another, more expensive unnecessary thing popped up. All in all, great experience, just make sure to check your bills for unneeded add-ons after a visit to any AT&T store. read more

These guys blow. Hyper incompetent. Tanner's noticeably high on meth. Brayan's a little soft. I was wondering why my phone came in opened. It felt like it was probably a meth thing. The more I try to get my phone replaced the more obvious it is that it's clearly a Meth thing. My phone was opened in the package. I should've checked in store. I'll admit that. It's just that after waiting a week for them to even open their store again, I was pretty done with it. Oh ya, they closed their store for a week while my phone was getting delivered. They say UPS opened it. It was sent through Fed ex. No big deal. Fed ex delivered it on Wednesday. When they were closed. Weird. Maybe fedex lied? Except for when I drove down after they said it was delivered, they were in store but it was still closed. Weird. Closed till Friday. Picked up my phone. Tried to return it on Tuesday. Brayan said I took too long. Because at this point Tanner was no longer speaking. He'd started to be quiet like a good little idiot. Anyways, I reminded Brayan of the two week from fedex delivery date return warranty window. "Oh ya. That." When someone's face has "Foiled by your own policies" written all over their face, you know you've got them. Also, why not reach out to the people who had phones coming in. It was like 5 based on the missing packages on the windows. You guys literally had one job... Anyways, when I went in Tanner started it off by telling me how it was my fault and shit. I thought I was being pretty chill for waiting for over a week for a phone you easily could've just rerouted to my house but whatever kid, get your simp on for Att. After about a minute of Big Simp Tanner explaining how to be a capitalist shill, Brayan could tell this was going to be escalated by his incredibly shitty employee. Which it did. Unfortunately for Brayan, working at ATT sucks. They extract immense profit off of the Enshitification of a vital service while paying their employees garbage wages. I'd hate my life too if I was Tanner. But shit man, we're in this together. Why do you either have to simp for the ATT to the point of not returning an obviously pre used phone? Like why do you care if ATT has to pay to right their wrong? Or are you stealing new phones and subbing in refurbs for your healthy Meth addiction? Steal from the man not your fellow man? Anyways. Great value though as I'm now going to pull my card from this auto pay and the previous problem that I originally came in to fix will actually shield me or any actual person from any legal or financial liability. Literally going to end up getting paid to switch to T Mobile by ATT and Brayan. Welp, lunch is over and I think I've wasted enough of my time. Just don't go here. You'll end up down the road at Adelita's spending your lunch writing a review about garbage. Adelita's is pretty fire at lunch on Taco Tuesdays though... read more

My husband and I ordered apple watches directly to this store last week. We've been trying to pick up the watches multiple times but cannot even get into the store. We have tried calling several times and keep getting redirected out of the store to an on call person, who's told us "no one's clocked into this store" even though business hours indicate it's open. So we decided to drive to the store ourselves and there was a young man blasting music outside the store and wouldn't let us into the store, and that he was on lunch for another 45 minutes. We asked if we could please just pick up our watches and tried to explain we've been trying to get our watches and he said no. If the manager could please contact us from this store that would be great... we just want our watches. Update 6/21: Still cannot pick up our watches. Attempted to call the store and an employee answered and after we asked where our watches were, he replied "no packages have arrived." When we asked if we could check the tracking number to see where they were the employee responded again "no packages have arrived." We asked if a tracking number was available to we could try to find the watches ourselves and the employee responded "there was no tracking number" .... We then asked for the manager and he responded that the manager would be in tomorrow. If the manager of this store could please reach out to us that would be great. read more

went in to get my some help with my phone and got the absolute best customer service from the lovely Ray and Jaide, they both went above and beyond to get me the help I needed and made sure I was happy and taken care of before I left. They even let me use their store phone to set up an apt. with Apple to get me a better deal than att could offer. 10/10 I would recommend and will continue to take my business to this location, the customer service is unmatched. read more

Matt and Brandon were super welcoming and helped me figure out an issue on my phone that I've been struggling with for a week. I wasn't in the store to purchase anything but was still welcomed like an AT&T all star. Thank you guys! read more

The staff was helpful selling us phones and a plan but our phones are nearly unusable for calls or data in our nearby neighborhood. Do not use AT&T in Denver!!! When we asked the store about it they said to use WiFi calling and data. Why would I pay for a phone plan if It is only usable in urban Denver areas if I'm on WiFi? I have good signal but AT&T does not seem to have enough bandwidth in many Denver areas for calls and data. This theory is supported by much better call and data performance very late at night and before 6am. It does not seem to matter if I'm inside or outside I have friends with t-mobile and Verizon and they have great call and data performance in Denver. Now I'm stuck with a phone and monthly plan cost for 2.5 years that only works as a phone if I'm on WiFi. read more

Go anywhere else if you need assistance at AT&T. The manager Matt and his team were a complete waste of hours (and hours, and hours) of our time. Ended up having to call in to corporate to get them to unwind the mistakes these guys made... more wasted time. 0 stars. read more

duane is michelin star service. i'm a shook up customer who is just trying to break from a family lease and pay for my own line. apparently it's been a lot harder for other at&t reps, but duane is going out of his way to figure out how to get my own line, and has put in far more effort than everyone else i've spoken with today. though i'm not at the store anymore- he's still currently trying to figure this problem out for me. duane is the best thing to happen to at&t since cingular. thank you again. read more
