I had such an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store, thanks to Leslie and the other staff members! My sister, father, and I came in on Christmas Eve to switch plans and get new phones, and she made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Leslie was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident about our decisions. Even on a busy holiday, she never rushed us and kept such a positive attitude the whole time. The entire staff at this location was kind and attentive. We honestly had a blast throughout the process -- which is not something you usually say about switching phones! 10/10 recommend this store. Very deceitful personnel representing T-Mobile at the store. A lot of bait and switch with their promotions and pricing. Asked what our monthly bill would be every month and now it's an additional $20 a month. There's a reason why they don't print you off anything and write everything on sticky notes. I switched to T-Mobile because of their buy two lines get one free promotion. Based on that offer, I convinced multiple family members to leave AT&T and join me. Shortly after I was told that if I ported one more number, I would qualify for an additional free line. It sounded like a great deal until it wasn't. From the very beginning. There was a billing issue, I was charged for four lines when I should have only been paying for three. I contacted customer service and they assured me the promotion would be reapplied. But every single month the same thing happened, the promo would show up then mysteriously fall off again. This went on for months. Eventually, I was told to go into the store and speak with a manager when I tried, the location was under renovation for a long time, they were operating out of a temporary set up, and I was told to wait until the store reopened so everything could be fixed. So I waited. When the store finally reopened I spoke with the manager and explained everything in detail, I even provided the exact date and time of my original visit along with the employee who helped me and promised me the additional free line. I asked the manager to check surveillance footage and verify the interaction. After looking into it, the manager admitted that he could see why the employee made the promise; however, the manager said I didn't actually qualify for the promotion because my account was too new at the time. The promo would've applied to my account had it just been a few days older. That explanation doesn't change the fact that I was promised a free line and that promise is the reason I ported another number over from AT&T. I asked the manager to escalate the issue to a supervisor and find a resolution once again I was told it would be looked into almost a month passed and nothing so I followed up with the manager and eventually I got a response saying that they tried to apply the promotion, but it kept falling off. In other words after nine months they repeated the same failed fix over and over with no actual resolution. I am still being charged for four lines instead of three. I wrote the manager again, and I am being ignored. This is not just poor customer service it's false advertising. They made promises to get me to switch carriers and when they couldn't honor it, the response was essentially "sorry, nothing we can do." Be very careful with T-Mobile promotions, GET IT IN WRITING. What they promise upfront may not be what you actually get and trying to fix it can turn into a never-ending cycle with no accountability. read more

Matt was amazing and easy to deal with. I had a horrible experience at a different location and not only was he understanding and helpful, but he went the extra mile to make sure the mistakes somebody else made were taken care of. His manager Camille also stepped in to assist right after her lunch break and both made sure that everything that was initially promised was either corrected, or compensated even though it wasn't their mistake. I highly recommend this location and I won't go anywhere else if need help again. read more

After 2 days and 6 T-Mobile phone reps - I was told I needed to go into a store to complete my transfer of a 7 year business account to a now personal account. Derek Valenzuela, Retail Associate Manager, was more than happy to assist. However, this transaction could ONLY be completed online and not in the store. Frustrating. Derek gave freely of his time as I called T-Mobile from the store and went through most of the needed steps. No need to cry out about how I received inaccurate information on the phone - again. I really want to say thank you to Derek for being so courteous today. He made a difficult situation a little less painful although he could not help. Beware the sales scams! I visited this location to add a new line of service and was told I qualified for a free line. Sounded too good to be true.... Which yes it was. After questioning the guy heavily he finally fessed up that I had to pay for the line I was adding and got a second line for free. I didn't need a second line, but okay. He said after 12 months I could cancel the line I was paying for and use the "free" line, so it was worth adding both. Okay Got my bill and guess what.... I was being charged for two lines. Had to cancel the extra line. I also traded in a phone, which was suppose to give me a monthly credit towards my new phone purchase. Should have been $12.50 monthly. First bill, no trade in credit and the full cost was charged. Contacted someone online and they said it takes a full billing cycle before I will see the credit. Although my daughter did the exact same transaction a week after I did mine in the store. She did hers online and mailed in her trade. And the correct amount is showing on the bill right away. I don't know what kind of shady stuff is going on in the store. But buyer beware! read more

Came in to buy a new iPhone. Raquel, who was not even the employee working with us, repeatedly left her own customers to come harass my husband and I. We were both masked (we take it seriously - I teach K-12 in-person). However, the moment my husband tried to take a sip of his drink under his mask (we were social distanced), Raquel attacked him. It's hard to not feel discriminated when Raquel wasn't even working with us but continued trying to make for a shitty experience for everyone in the store by accosting us. This happened weeks ago but was traumatizing enough that it's still on my mind. read more

Another great T-Mobile experience... Manager was incredibly helpful and super kind. Broke my home button on my iPhone 8plus and he scheduled me an appointment with the Apple Store, informed me of what was covered with our T-Mobile insurance plan / Apple Care and let me know how close I was to a "newer" phone as we are Jump member... He even instructed me where it would be best to park when I got to Flatirons mall for my PPLE store appointment. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you T-mobile! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience was awful. Came in to get a SIM card on my new phone. Jonathan not only was rude and disrespectful to me, my bf and my mom but also blatantly ignored us and did not greet us. To start off, he had the "I hate my job and my life attitude from the start" rolled his eyes at me during conversation when I was trying to explain what I needed (sorry I'm not tech savvy enough for you Johnathon) then after he pissed my mom off enough and we decided to go elsewhere he ended his conversation as "because you guys are having a bad day I'll give you a free $30 SIM. " Frankly Johnathon my day was fantastic before I met you and to top it off you can't even do your job well enough to give me the right SIM card for my phone! Smooth move. read more

I had a great experience at this t-mobile store with darren. I broke my phone and expected to pay $175 for the upgrade with my jump plan, instead he helped me just pay off my previous phone a s3, and moved me into a s5, I ended up saving about 30$ by doing this, plus I'll be saving $3 every month on my bill. He Also got me into a nice new otter box case for only $4 & put the screen protector on flawlessly. Sadly I lost all my pictures but he tried everything he could to get them back. All in all I walked out of there with a better phone and a new case for under what I was expecting to pay just to replace my old one. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. They treated my mother in law terribly. T Mobile/Samsung upgraded the OS for her which broke the phone. They told her it was her battery and they could not help her get it fixed. She was told they don't fix the phones and only do sales. It is my opinion that they do not care about customers and only their sales. They sent her on her way and did not help her. She ended up running around town to Target, Best Buy, and eventually Batteries Plus where they ended up telling her that it was NOT her battery and that it was an upgrade that was not compatible with her phone. Once they got it figured out she had to go back to get a new phone. She asked the guy what was new about the phone and how to use it. This little jerk sent her to the public library to take a class. He said they don't do lessons or something to that affect. This lady just needs to know where phone, text, and browser button is...couldn't even lift a finger. It's a shame I used to go to this store too, and TMobile used to have the best people. IMO they have gone way down hill and should not be trusted. Stay Away. read more

I worked with a sales guy back in December. I believe his name was Ian. I was switching to T Mo from Sprint. I was told that I got a $300 credit for switching. He advised me to buy accessories with my credit because all I would have to pay is the tax. I kept confirming it was free except tax and was assured it was. He had some issues getting my phone set up and my number ported over. He also told me they would email me my bill. I never received my first bill and had to pay over the phone to avoid issues. Unnoticed my bill was higher than quotes but was told it was tax when I inquired. I did not have time like I should have to pursue this back then and just accepted it. That's on me. However, I did not have great service at my home and Sprint bought me back. I went to pay off my phone with them so I can keep it, and they told me it was going to be several hundred dollars - almost $1,000 to pay off because all of those promised "free" items with the credit are due. Turns out I had been leasing them and after issues getting my online set up and functional, I did not see it until now. Again that's on me. However, I was told this was free stuff and confirmed it. Vincent, the manager, is not good at returning my phone calls and it feels a lot like he is avoiding me. Bad customer service all the way around. I have now been told by online support that I will be responsible for paying this off and there's nothing they can do. Moral of the story: don't believe their shady sales guys that tell you it is free. It isn't. read more
