Walked in to do a simple return. The disrespect was bad and they didn't want to help us. Nobody else was in the store and there was two employees. All we had to do was a return and they said that they couldn't do it. We showed them that the email from Atat and they started talking Spanish to each other. In Spanish they said they could return but would rather not deal with it. Little did they know I speak Spanish (I'm white) so they came to us and told us they couldn't return it. They told us we just had to print the return and drop it off at UPS. I'm just shocked and wouldn't recommend those employees to anyone. Again, nobody else was in the store. Recently my phone wasn't able to make or receive calls out of the blue. I tried literally EVERY fix you could find online. I then came in to AT&T to try and have them maybe take a look at something on the backend and troubleshoot with me. Karla is my ANGEL. Came in around 3:10 with my son to look at upgrading his phone. We were greeted by Anthony, if I remember his name correctly, and assisted by him. I told him what we were looking for and wanted to know approximately how much it would cost us and what our monthly bill would be with the upgrade. Anthony was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He quickly answered my questions and we ended up upgrading my sons phone. The process was very straightforward, fast, easy, and no kind of game playing or stalling. My receipt reflected everything he had mentioned. This is probably one of the best customer service and process I've ever had here. We were out the store at 4 pm. Thank you Anthony for being a wonderful, excellent, and delightful representative. Would rate it zero if i could. After them not having the iPhones I wanted to get I went to get them from "Best" Buy". I came in to trade in the phones and all the employees were currently helping others so I stood to the side and waited patently. After a couple customers after came in and they helped them immediately I had to complain, the manager then said they'll help me once there done with the customer they decided to help before me who came in after me. 20 min later the employee goes to break and doesn't come out to help. This store is worthless. Completely worthless. I will NEVER again order a phone directly from AT&T, and if I have no other choice, I'll switch carriers. First, they had to charge me a restocking fee for returning an iPhone, something that Apple does NOT do. They refused to waive the fee, and the guy simply didn't care when I told him that if he didn't waive the fee I'd make my way over to t-mobile and switch services after being a customer for the last decade. They simply do not give a crap about customers there. They love it when you come in, buy a phone, and have them help you get it all set up, because they are paid on commission. Customer service is not something they give a crap about. Thankfully, AT&T customer service took care of the problem and refunded the $35 restocking fee. I love AT&T, but every time I have to deal with their customer service, it makes me want to punch someone. read more

To discribe this location's customer service as repugnant is an understatement. Every time my girlfriend or myself has been to this location we have not left satisfied. This will be the last time we come to this location. Instead we will go to the location on Grant street. After leaving the store on 120th we went to the store on Grant and got exactly what we needed and got great service. Very friendly staff, but they will leave information out causing way more trouble than its worth. I purchased a phone from Justin K. at the location who was very friendly but failed to mention the restocking fee before swiping my card. Which was really messed up to hear about when I asked about backing out of the transaction while he was attempting to port my phone number over from another carrier. A $45.00 fuck you if you decide to leave that I was NOT told about before my card was swiped. I said fuck it... took the phone which froze and would not interface well with multiple apps I used. Took the phone back the next day canceled the service and argued a bit about the restocking fee... did not get anywhere with them in store, said fuck it and paid it thinking I would be done with them. Eric G. honestly did not care about my concerns about the fee, states HE ALWAYS says it, and made it seem unfortunate that my rep Justin K did not do his job as well. Promptly crediting my account for $7.26. (Phone was $52.26 - $45.00 = Fuck You) A few weeks later I received a bill for $131.39 - Called AT&T - Was transferred 5 times (at this point, writing this while on hold again) from everyone in Loyalty, Collections, 2 Customer Service Reps, 1 In phone Sale? idk... 2 of the Cust. Service reps couldn't even find my account - showing it was closed. 1 Just read over my account info wasting my time after I told her what I was calling for and she (bless her heart, wouldn't stop talking about AT&T deals that I kept patiently refusing) transferred me again. Nobody as of this point (52 mins 14 seconds) has even mentioned any useful information that might resolve my situation. AT&T for being such a large company this is awful service. I have been an ATT customer for many years. Unfortunately, I would recommend another location. I was told Back in December by Paul M. that I would receive 2 IphoneXR's at $5 a month each for every line I added. I added 2, but I noticed on my first bill I was being charged $25 and $20 respectively. I went in to the store to ask about it. I was told, wait a month, ATT just wants to make sure you are staying with us. Ok, I waited, again I received another bill without the proper credits applied. I called the *611 to understand why I hadn't received any credits yet. They explained to go to the store. So again I went to the store, spoke with Haley. She heard the situation and called her manager. He said call the *611 number, so I did. They recommended I go talk to the manager at the store. Off to the store I went. He assured me that the credits will be applied on the next bill I received. Nope. That was March, now here it is in April and another billing cycle has come- I have yet to receive any credit. The kicker is, Paul the person who sold me the phones actually doesn't work for ATT anymore. I was told that he was lying to customers about offered specials. You would think that being armed with that knowledge they would be bending over backward for any customer. All I want is someone to stop giving me the run around and make it right. read more

Within the last month I received an email from AT&T discussing an offer for an app called Isis Wallet. AT&T and the American Express Serve card were offering customers a sign up bonus of $50 for a limited time. I needed a secure sim installed in my LG cell phone that would allow me to access this app. I used the Internet to look up the nearest AT&T Company store and found the one in Thornton, CO at 951 E 120th Avenue. I went there to see if they could help me get the secure sim installed. At the store Alex opened the door for me and greeted me as I entered. I got help with the sim installation by Deanna. She removed and replaced the factory sim card in my LG Escape. Then she used her tablet to help setup my phone to download and use the Isis app. Afterwards she walked me through the steps of setting up my Isis account (user name, password, and PIN). I was very impressed with Deanna's technical knowledge and skills. I was grateful she offered me the help to do in few minutes what would have taken me much longer to accomplish. The staff that I met at this store were pleasant and professional. I was very satisfied with the first rate customer support I received, and wanted to let others know. Later on this year my present wireless contract will run out. Visiting this store has certainly left a positive impression on me, and I will definitely look at AT&T first when upgrading my phone and/or wireless service (and this store in particular). Definitely need to consider changing management. Had to wait way longer then I ever had to in other sprint locations. There were employees with no customers that were more worried about leaving then helping the customers there that have been waiting over 45 min. I was planing on adding 2 lines and ordering the new iPhone instead I left and did it all over the phone with the 1800 number customer service. There are some negative reviews about this store and certainly as it is in a walking mall it gets busy and there can be a wait! However, I have had many very pleasant experiences here and my interactions with the staff have been great. They are knowledgable and have helped me get better deals on my account. Poor Customer service. no problems with the phone. Asked for a screen protector was shown one brand and sold another does not cover correctly, was told that they would replace it no charge when new ones came it. Went back to get it replaced and they were rude said that's the way it fits not going to replace it. The sad thing is the account I have is an Employee Account. If that is the way Employee accounts are treated the general public doesn't have a chance. I would Not Recommend this store to anyone read more
