My wife and I went into the store. Angel helped us out. Angel had to be the best customer service my wife and I have ever received. He helped us find what we needed. helped us sign up for our new business account. Even found items they only showed one of in stock that was not on the shelf. I was recently in a motorcycle accident. so he also came to help us load up our car. He was very polite and very helpful. Retail stores need more Angel's. read more

I wish I could give zero stars, but I can't.... this is about Office Depot in general, not necessarily any single location. They have despicable, customer service and horrible business practices. I placed an order yesterday for delivery today and got a confirmation. I never received my order and when I checked on it, it says it will be delivered on Tuesday. When I try to find out from Office Depot. I finally after two hours figured out how to get a hold of a person at Office Depot. I got nothing but the runaround to my questions and I was told just go to Office Depot and buy ink. in the past, I have always given all my office supply business to Office Depot, but they will no longer get any of it and I will tell everyone I know how despicable I have been treated today by They can't even answer a simple question as to why my order was delayed either they can't or they won't. There's no mechanism for filing a complaint there is no Well published phone number for filing a complaint again it took me two hours. There is no mechanism because they don't want anybody to know how horribly they do business. read more

Have you ever been somewhere customer service is so bad you will never go back? It's rare I find the need to go to Office Depot but the way their fedex employees treated my mom will make me never go back. I felt so bad for her when she told me how much lack of compassion and care they had for her (my mom has the biggest heart so it made me sad/mad for her). My mom went in to simply mail an important package. When she got to the desk and said what she needed to do the female employee turned the computer screen around and expected her to type out all of the shipping information (which is fine if you know your way around a keyboard). The female employee walked away while a male employee took her place at the counter. A line started forming behind my mom while she was scrambling to fill all of the needed information out. She gets to the end after some time has passed and realizes she put the sending and receiving information in the wrong locations. My mom was struggling and nervous, with a line behind her. The male employee offered no help and seemed as if he could care less how she felt or the line that had formed behind her (I felt really bad when she told me that). She had to awkwardly apologize to the line behind her, walk away from the line and went to UPS where they took care of everything! Office Depot show some care and compassion towards your customers, specifically the ones that need help. read more

I am an artist and often make prints of my work. The print shop at this particular Office Depot is... Well, it depends on who is making your prints. Actually, I will never use this Office Depot again! I had several broken bones in my back and cannot stand up for too long of a period of time. I asked the young lady behind the counter whose name was Alana to make prints on a certain machine because that machine always worked best for my artwork. She said "oh that one sucks the most "I asked her please do not scan it because I don't like the way the scans turn out. She refused both of these things. Then I went and got a chair and she called the manager over there. The manager said that I couldn't use that rolling chair. So she went and got me a really hard backed chair which was very uncomfortable. Anyway I was there for an hour and 45 minutes and only got one copy she was stalling for some reason she didn't even have any other customers!!! I would have complained to the manager, but the manager is now, Leslie, who, before she was the manager, told me that she would charge me one dollar a minute to get it, right(my prints) !! Leslie was always very rude to me when she worked in the print shop. Anyway, I will never use this store again. unfortunately, it seems like all the good ones don't work there anymore. I drive all the way to Thorton now. And I highly recommend that store. They truly want to please their customers there it seems like. read more

I had forgotten the coupons Office Depot mails me ever few weeks. My total was $70+, then I mentioned I forgot them, and she pulled a stack of those coupon cards from behind her register and sad "No Problem, let me see what I can save you." She figured it out, scanned her discount cards, and it save me $10.00 just for the asking. Office Depot is my choice of office supplies, and they've my loyalty. read more

Office Depot is a chain store, so you'll find what you expect to find in a chain store. The store isn't very crowded these days, but there is plenty of help if you go to the store looking for something in particular. Of course, you'll be paying public improvement fee if you buy at this store, but that's part of shopping at Praire Center. Got to pay off that build up that they did. Still, it is nice to have an office supply store nearby if you need something for a project. Also, since there are other stores nearby, you can try combining trips and picking up supplies you might need while doing other shopping. I'll probably go back to this store, but usually only because I'll be visiting other stores nearby. read more

The management of this store will do whatever it takes to make it right! I've had several issues these past weeks with school supplies, and whether it was "their fault" or not, they fixed it. I was unable to come in during a specified sale due to an injury - Manager Rita says "no problem!" and let me have the discount. I brought in something for return and Marissa noticed on my receipt that I was overcharged for something on a previous visit. I didn't notice it, she did and corrected it. I was getting the run-around from Epson on a printer, and Manager Jake agreed that what Epson was telling me didn't make sense, but "No matter, come in and I'll make it right." A trainee at this store had given us some misinformation, and Jake just fixed the issue, no argument. With this kind of unbelievable customer service, this store will always get my business. read more

I am launching my small business this weekend. I make livestock accessories for show lambs, steers, hogs. You get the idea, for 4-H kids. Anyhow, Angela and her staff at the Brighton store rock. Last night in a panic I called over with a rush print job on labels, business cards. Custom design and all they jumped to my need of urgency. I'm leaving at 2pm today for the first event. Customer service seems to be far and few these days.. Angela exceeded my expectations she was great, so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I walked in to see if they could help me print table # cards for my wedding. Within hours she sent me a proof of my vision. I came back the next day to change a couple of things and then she had them printed within 5minutes. The cards are perfect and exactly what I wanted! read more

For those wanting a professional reliable printing service I highly recommend you look elsewhere! If I could give negative stars I would. I have given this location numerous attempts to redeem themselves but yet they continue to be mediocre at best. I'll give them one thing they are good at, they are consistent with horrible customer service. I am a small business owner and utilize them for all printing needs. However, there always seems to be an issue. Their website never uploads my doc, their resolution is email, email is now saved in my contacts. When I email I never receive correspondence that they have received or when job is done. Last time I called to confirm they received the customer clerk was extremely snarky as I interruptted her day by sending via email and not uploading. Today, extremely busy so sent job in at 11am asking for it to be ready this afternoon by 4pm. Sadly, it slipped my mind to call and confirm they received, learned my lesson. As my husband went to pick up and they don't have it, I then forward 2 times for them to say they still are not receiving. I spoke to Laura, about the issue and she continues to laugh about the situation. Her demeanor and lack of professionalism is appalling. She had absolutely no concern for the sense of urgency on my part, all she could say was she was receiving emails... if she took half the energy she had to chuckle about my issue maybe we could have figured out a resolution. For this I will NEVER be utilizing this location and company for that matter. I have a strong sales force that will be receiving communication to cease all business with Office Depot as well. Laura, you ma'am are a terrible customer service clerk, I suggest you find another profession. Office Depot I highly suggest you think about moving Laura to a position in which she does not need to interact with customers. Staff is great. I buy all my office supplies here, get copies and banners made and had a computer virus cleaned up.

i used to love going into office depot and having all my needs fulfilled but about a year ago they changed the entire staff and it has been a chore to get anything done since . between not getting print jobs done right to wrong price on items to the I dont care attitude it is far from a pleasure to shop there anymore read more
