She asked "how did you order them?" I responded " In color." She checked and acknowledged that the plans were ordered in color, then stated they must have not been to scale. I informed her I spoke with Cory and that there was no issue mentioned at that time. She then grabbed the non-color plans out my hand and went in back. After a few minutes of waiting she returned with 2 sets of plans and demanded the other set I was holding. I asked why? She said they were not in color. I showed her they were in fact in color. She screamed at me "THEN WHY DID I PRINT THESE!!" and threw the plans in the trash aggressively. I stated " If you are going to throw those away, I will take them." She flared up again and yelled "I am not giving you anything!: I responded " I am happy to pay for them." At this point I think she realized that she was way out of line and started to back track. She charged me more for the incorrect plans than the original order. Don't know what set her off but I hope they have cameras and can review the situation.

Unfortunately, their Ground Service for residences, renamed "Home Delivery" is a bit more expensive than its main competitor, though even theirs has gone up too, though not quite as much. Where this shop really shines and always has, is its Passport Photo service. This time, not only was the staff member very accurate in getting the shot, he was really friendly and helpful on the constraints of the newest regulations. Also the price was very fair and the finished product better than any in the past, but for the limited smile allowed now, which is never my style. The counter staff was also incredibly friendly and everyone there was multi tasking the whole time. I hate to dock them a star for company pricing policy, but it is their reality too when they have to tell the customers.
