A young lady by the name of Sofia was incredibly helpful to me and went above and beyond the call of duty to find exactly what I was looking for. It was like having a personal shopper with me, knowing exactly where things were in that giant selection of beautiful clothes. I did this just today, and it was a breeze! It took only 44 minutes for me to get the email confirmation that my order had been processed and was ready for me to snag at my earliest convenience. If something comes up and you can't make it by that day, you have FOUR days to pick up whatever you've ordered. So convenient!

For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. It is a curse and makes finding jeans that aren't dragging behind me when I walk near impossible. My fiance and I were shopping in Flatirons this past Saturday and decided to stop into this store as they were having a buy one get one free sale on women's jeans. Naturally, I was all over that. After looking for awhile, I was having a hard time finding my size in a short style. A man (I am cursing myself for not getting his name) helped me look. He was so helpful and suggested different styles that might work for me. Even though we couldn't find my size in the short style, I still found 2 pairs that fit really well. He was even nice enough to throw in a $10 gift card because they were out of my size. I never expected this and it was beyond amazing of him to go above and beyond like that. This location has secured my business with them. I will most certainly be back.
