I had a photo in a book, which I wanted to scan with a high resolution scanner so that I can make it three times larger. Also, I wanted to do touch up to make the photo more appealing. I would say, Doorstep Digital did a fantastic job for me. The image after touch up looked much more beautiful and it was of very high quality. Jack and his team are very professional at whatever they do. In addition, the price is very reasonable. I would strongly recommend it.

I am more than happy with the service provided by Spencer at Denver Tech Repair. He responded to my…read morerequest right away and continued to communicate with me while we worked out logistics. I needed someone to look at my computer as quickly as possible so Spenser came to me in less than 24 hours after my request. He also came on a Saturday which was extremely helpful and convenient. I could not find any other IT companies on Yelp that were in my area that were willing and available to help me on the weekend. Because Spenser came to me, I was able to continue my day as planned and I didn't have to worry about going out of my way to drop my laptop off somewhere. Furthermore, Spenser was professional, knowledgeable, and personable which made the whole experience less stressful for me. He fixed my computer and kindly slashed the cost to half of the original quote amount because it ended up being a fairly quick job. I am not at all familiar with IT or computer services so he could have charged me the full quote price and I would not have known any better. However, Spenser was completely honest about how much that specific job was worth and charged me accordingly. Many other companies charge a starting flat rate fee that can most definitely increase, but that usually does not decrease or match the amount of work done or the time put in (and you have to go to them!). For these reasons I would definitely recommend Denver Tech Repair for anyone who is looking for fast, friendly, and affordable IT services. Thanks again Spenser!

He's not a guru, he's an amateur! He was unprofessional, and could care less about your time. If…read moreyou are a person who can give up your laptop/PC for an indefinite amount of time, fine, use Computer Guru. But if you rely on your laptop/PC, don't go here. In total, it took 1 month for him to tell me that my laptop wasn't worth repairing. For his trouble, I paid him $40. Details follow: He said my DC jack repair would take 3-4 days and cost $150 (seemed reasonable). I week later, I hadn't heard from him so I called. He said, "we haven't received the part yet, I'm expecting it later today. I'll give you a call when your laptop's ready." No big deal right? But no, I got no call that day. I didn't hear from him for another week, so I called back. This time he said, "I think we got that part on Saturday (2 days earlier) so it should be ready this afternoon. I'll call you." Okay, 2 weeks in. But at least I'll have my laptop back this afternoon. NOPE. No call. I called back 3 days later. He said they'd tried the new DC jack and it didn't fix the problem. He said they'd try it again and give me a call in about 30 minutes to tell me how it went. No call. 2 days later he called and said the DC jack wouldn't fix the problem and that the motherboard needed replacing. The repair would now cost $340, but he said it'd be ready in 3-4 days. I emphasized that I needed the laptop back ASAP and I was willing to pay for express shipping on the part. He said he'd call back in 5 minutes with estimates. Keeping with the theme - I received no call. 1 week passed (we're at 3 weeks in). I called him. He said he still hadn't received the part, but (as you've probably guessed) he was expecting it that afternoon and he'd give me a call when it's ready. I heard nothing from him for the next few days. I called a few times to ask for an update, and got no answer. I finally got through to him 1 week later (at the 1 month mark). He said, the motherboard repair wasn't working. The laptop required more repairs than it was worth. I could pay him for the diagnostic ($40) and collect the laptop. I realized that I'd been trusting a bumbling amateur to fix my laptop. He was simply guessing what was wrong. He didn't know how long it would take to get parts (his 3-4 day quotes were a joke). He didn't know how much the parts would cost (his motherboard quote was off by $80). And he didn't care to communicate the progress of a lengthy repair with his customer. I'm certain that if I'd never called him, we would still have my laptop sitting on his shelf, and I'd be in the dark. He lacked the professional courtesy to get back to me with crucial information. Indeed he never called me at all, except to approve the mother board repair (keep in mind he said he'd get back to me no less than 4 times). I paid him $40 to play mechanic with my laptop for a month. Time wasn't an issue for him, though it was very important to me. It's sad when Geek Squad is actually the better choice for PC repair. Steer clear, you've been warned. The other reviewers must have gone somewhere else.

The last straw was when I asked them to repair my son's laptop he used for college. They not only didn't fix it, they moved, and wouldn't respond to calls, emails or texts. I finally tracked down a partner through their old landlord and he met me at a gas station to return my son's computer months later - still broken.

Furthermore, Live Consulting has also provided maintenance and monitoring services on a quarterly basis. Recently our site was hacked and I was at a complete loss as I am not a technical person when it comes to websites. When I attempted to navigate to our site, there was nothing there. Just a blank page. Our business is driven largely by traffic to the website. Needless to say, I was very upset and frantic about the situation. I put in a call to Live Consulting immediately. Not only did Live Consulting fix the problem, they told me what had happened, and explained how to protect our site from future attacks. All without sounding condescending or like they were talking down to me... which is hard when I know nothing about how websites work. This was all done in less than 24 hours. I appreciate that Live Consulting fixed the problem and that we are protected from future attacks, but I am also grateful that my business was treated so professionally. It felt like we were their largest and most important client. It's nice to know that hands-on, excellent customer service is still alive and thriving at companies like Live Consulting. I hope that other companies seeking an IT consulting firm will consider hiring Live Consulting.

CJ Kard in Colorado Springs is a retailer of L.O. products, and we were fortunate to have recently ordered some Save The Date cards through them. We were brain-fried after going through page after page of designs by some large corporate stationers/printers. After some discussion, CJ Kard realized we might be interested in an in-state printer who dabbled in being "green" - and L.O. was introduced. We were super excited to discover that L.O. offers a variety of paper stock with at least 30% PCW up to 100%, and their website details other Earth-good practices. We loved how all the stationery was customizable, but the cheapest way to go is to stick with existing designs and layouts. The first proof is free. Within three days after putting in our order and including the photo we wanted them to use, L.O. sent an electronic proof. We made a minor adjustment, and 7 days later, our cards arrived! They turned out better than I expected - they even look better than the proof! The colors are wonderful, the designs are crisp, and I love the feel of the paper. L.O. included envelopes for the number of cards we ordered and threw in a couple extra cards as keepsakes. After all was said and done with CJ Kard taking their share of the profits and Uncle Sam taking his, our SaveTheDates ended up being $1.48/card. We're so pleased that we're going to try to do our invitations with L.O., too. So if you want to send unique Christmas postcards, party invitations, announcements, wedding stationery made by a Colorado company, I highly recommend you find a retailer that works with Lucky Onion!
