I would love to be able to give this guy a positive review because he is super nice and worked with…read moreme on payment, however he has repeatedly refused to take me seriously. I have done the few things he has advised me to do and have come to him with the same issues over and over again. Each time I am brushed off, told to change a setting (which I have changed all of the settings he has advised, changed all my passwords, used Authenticator apps, etc.) with no improvement. I feel he means well but assumes the issues I am having are me just inflating issues or not that these issues could not possibly happen to an average everyday person, this refusing to actually look at the problem for what it is.

My contract explicitly states that pricing could be adjusted if my printing volume decreased. My…read morevolume did decrease substantially. A reasonable company would have reviewed the account and adjusted the pricing accordingly. Instead, after only one year, All Copy Products increased my price. When I contacted them for help, they refused to offer any meaningful accommodation. There was no serious attempt to work with a small-business owner whose actual usage had dropped--just rigid enforcement when it benefited them and apparent disregard for the contract language when it could have benefited the customer. This is especially frustrating because my experience does not appear isolated. Other public complaints describe billing problems, continued charges, difficulty getting disputes resolved, and services that customers say did not match what they believed they were promised. That pattern should concern any business considering a long-term agreement with this company. All Copy Products may market itself as a local partner, but I experienced the opposite: corporate greed, escalating costs, contractual fine print, and zero loyalty to the small businesses paying their bills. Once they had the signed agreement, customer retention and basic fairness seemed irrelevant.

Let me start with this fact, I approached The owner of the company by phone and it was a last minute call on my part. The owner, who at the time was literally hours away from embarking on a family vacation that was highly anticipated and extremely important. Tek Ease made time for me and my personal computer. beyond that The computer and software has performed flawlessly. I have had not one issue at all and that to me is amazing. moreover I feel its important to mention that in the course of installing the software, I had a number of questions and all of my questions were addressed and I was provided the best advice and IT guidance. This has made such an impression I simply could not wait to do this review. This company and the owner have a true passion for there work and the knowing to back it up. The fact that they made time for me is further evidence of what a great company this is. I can say beyond a moral and intellectual certainty this is the best company in Denver by far. Regardless of a simple job or a large scale IT network, they have what it takes to make sure your TEK needs are met with EASE. I am proud to know I have a company that i can call that performs this caliber of service with the professionalism that is nothing shot of incredible. Thanks TEK EASE for everything and you have a life long customer. ROBERT BURZEE

This is a great way to get excellent computers without paying $1000. I bought two laptops from them: one for my wife for home use, and one for me for work. I am a Software Consultant, so you can imagine that I use every bit of processing and memory all day. My work PC is outstanding and exceeds my expectations. This isn't a big corporate manufacturer or retail. It's an independently-owned small, local business. For too many reasons to list, it's much better to deal with a real person in a brick and mortar location than trying to buy computers online. Adam knows his stuff and is patient and helpful in explaining it. He is honest and his prices are competitive. He constantly updates his inventory online, so you know what he has. He also stands behind his products with a 90 day hardware guarantee, which is key. Before you drop a grand, (or significantly more) on a laptop or gaming PC, you owe it to yourself to come in and check out the same computers for a fraction of the price.

BTW, anyone who enjoys creative little shops with "hard to find" local products and artisanal food is likely to enjoy the plaza they're located in - it's a pretty cool place. I dropped off my sick MacBook Pro, and the experience was far superior to what I'm accustomed to in typical mall Apple Stores - speaking as a long-time Mac user. Before formally submitting my device, "Connie" asked me questions and conducted a thorough problem-solving session. My options were further detailed by the Service Manager, "Sunni." As a former Applecare specialist, Sunni is a bastion of insider insight and realistic advice.
