Turns out they don't update their online inventory well so that most of what I found online before driving out here wasn't actually available. I came across one nice guy finally who apparently was a stock person. He was able to confirm certain chairs weren't available, and was very nice to hep me, but said I had to find a sales person to get more info on a few things. He took me up to a very exasperated person who helped but was rushed and didn't quite pay attention to what I was saying for the situation. The front desk gal that ended up checking me out was very nice. the chair I picked out was not marked, the gal that priced it was quoting me for a table which I wasn't even asking for and had to remind her of twice, and then seemingly just made a price up for the chair I was actually asking for which I'm not sure was really worth the price. I probably should have just walked out and went elsewhere....the chair I got is in great condition but I just don't think worth the cost for ONE chair. I get it for what they want to sell in bulk office space wise, but considering my office is soon to be looking for furniture, I have learned a valuable lesson of where we shouldn't go. No refunds for used which is what the bulk of the store was that I saw.
