This is the most horrible experience I have ever had to deal with. I submitted my cancellation and product payoff check, but they are still deducting my funds. They are a total scam, and I recommend avoiding them at all costs. They will not let you out of the contract, even when you submit everything exactly as required. They have stolen about $40k from my company. Be warned, do not sign a contract with this terrible company. Our product was also breaking constantly, and they did not resolve the issue, which is why I chose a new company when our contract was fulfilled. read more

Terrible service and over priced. My sale rep was unresponsive and customer service was not helpful.

As a small business owner in Grand Junction, CO I am a huge believer in customer service, doing what is right, and taking care of people. When All Copy Products comes through your door they act like they are a local company, but in reality, they are Denver's 'big city' business that simply does not seem to care about their customers. In 2018 we were using multiple printers, running to the local office supply for ink and replacing printers when they go bad. We spent a couple of hours going over all of our needs. We were assured this one printer would replace everything we had, plus our scanners and more. When the print arrived they could not get it to print checks properly and were never able to get it to print envelopes. They tried to claim that it was a custom envelope so we sent them a link to what we had been ordering. Then we were told we needed a different version of that envelope, so we ordered it with the same result. Eventually, they installed the same printer we just disposed of to print envelopes :-( When the scanner stopped emailing they blamed it on on business email provider (gmail). They offered to fix it at an exorbitant rate, then we were told to just set up a regular Gmail account, which worked for a week, but the problem persisted. At that point it was explained to us that they don't have any networking support in Grand Junction, they could do it remotely and I want to say the fee was $200/hr so we passed. It was supposed to be included. Fast forward until June of 2023 I emailed them to find out what our exit options were at lease termination. I was told they would follow up in December. When they finally reached out in February with options that did not make sense for us (especially considering the service) we were told it was too late to cancel! They claim we are trapped for another 12 months with their equipment that does not work and a service department that charges to fix their machine - in spite of the service contract. read more

Great honest people able and willing to help solve the simplest and the most complex business information management needs.

I'm redoing a review that had been posted for over 5 years. Yelp cited policy changes and didn't notify me in advance of the removal. They've asked for more information as to the experience and less on the facts or details that led to the discrimination and negative treatment. As a small business owner I was treated as if I was not intelligent or able to discern factual information on the contract and terms. I felt humiliated and insignificant based on the casual rejection to resolve my concerns tImely and honestly. If you don't buy into their terms or react to the over pricing you wilL not feel as if Yoo-hoo are a valued customer. Look for other options that value small business and walk their talk when it comes too customer service and satisfaction. read more

Stay clear from this company. We signed a lease and were hit with charge after charge after charge. After we finally did a buy out our sales rep. ensured us that after we paid $400+ we would be "free and clear" (his exact words on an email ). Six months later I am hounded by a collection company stating I owe this company another $460. We would have been much better off just using a HP and buying ink. I would give zero stars if possible. read more

At my company, we worked with All Copy to get a large format printer. They allowed us to test out some different options and helped us find the perfect printer for what we needed. Beyond that, they helped us set up the machine (it was a gigantic Canon), and have been great with replacement paper and ink. The printer is fantastic, and we received great service. read more

We just renewed our contract with All Copy Products. We were very satisfied with their services over the past three years. When our contract was due to renew, we did not consider any other companies. Our Business Solutions Consultant, Jeffrey, reviewed our past three years of service and found a way to save us money installing newer printers that were more efficient. Whenever we have had to call for service on one of our printers, their service member is here the same day. Ordering toner is easy to do and arrives within a couple of days. As I mentioned, we did not even consider changing to another company when our contract was due to renew. We highly recommend their services. read more

Most of the time getting trying to find a new copier is like buying a used car. You end up with something you don't want and feel dirty afterwards. Our experience with All Copy was not like that. We had many meetings and lot of back and forth to get exactly what we wanted out of our new copier and lease. They helped us work through the necessary paperwork to end our old copier lease and ensured we did not end up in an additional year to year lease. The training on the new system was efficient and all of our IT install issues were resolved day of the install. We have received no additional charges due to the discuss we had during the negotiation process to ensure we were paying for the number of copies we needed.
