She walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident about our decisions. In Spanish they said they could return but would rather not deal with it. Little did they know I speak Spanish (I'm white) so they came to us and told us they couldn't return it. They told us we just had to print the return and drop it off at UPS. I'm just shocked and wouldn't recommend those employees to anyone. Again, nobody else was in the store.
