I needed a chip key programmed for my truck. Toyota wanted $169. State-Wide charged me less than half that and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Fast, easy, fairly priced, close to home. Thanks! See you next time. read more

If you want customer service you might find better most anywhere. The owner Scott makes commitments and never follows through. We went down to his shop to look at safes & agreed to purchase a used safe and have it delivered. Scott said he would call me the next week, which never happened. Since my first visit it is now six weeks later and I have called them four times. The first time I called, about ten days later, a women said they are busy and will get to me when they can. The second time I called I was able to talk to Scott and he rudely said this was not his problem and the person responsible was one of his employees Taylor. He again took my info and said Taylor would call me that same day. Sadly Taylor never called. While everyone I talked to was nice, except Scott, seems no one there has any idea what customer service is. If this is what you get from the owner, I shouldn't expect anything better from his employees. Don't waste your time with this company as they will promise the moon, but won't take ownership, not even a courtesy phone call on their commitments. If there was a way to give a negative rating this would be about a negative four stars. read more

They were super helpful and even gave me all of the alternative options for my project, whether they could help with it or not. Highly recommend the nice and knowledgeable people working here! read more

Their safe technician Brandon is really cute and smart. Call them for all your safe needs

Shannon gave me a call and we had arranged to have a Superior Master 40 moved, which is an 1100 lb. safe with retail price of $3499.00. I was quoted a price of $335 for the move. The move was originally scheduled for the 9th of September 2016. Shannon called me the morning of the 7th and said they had some cancelations. She told me to let her know what time would work so after checking my scheduled I requested they be at the first house between 2:15 and 2:30pm. I called about a half hour after the scheduled time and she said the guys were running late. I told her I took time of work to get this done and that it would have to get done today since I already left work. Shannon advised me the guys were running about an hour late which would put them to arrive at 3:30pm. I asked her if anything could be done for the inconvenience and she stated she could take $50 off the price. They did not show up until close to 5:30pm. After scraping the driveway and chipping the porch with their trailer they started to attempt the move. They had a device to lift the safe which they also used to damage the paint on it from being careless. When I saw the damage I asked if they had insurance, Brandon whom I later found out to be the owners son stated "I think so, why?" I told him because those scratches were just caused by your guy being careless with the device and were not there prior to the move. They stopped what they were doing and went to call someone. They did not do anything on the 7th besides damage the safe and leave it sitting on blocks. I was told I would receive a call at 8am on the 8th from the owner Scott. Didn't receive a call so I called throughout the day until I got ahold of him. He pretty much stated that I was lying and that he wasn't going to do anything except get me touch up paint and give me a discount. I don't understand where he thought I would still let them move the safe after damaging it and after admitting that his guys were "pushed" beyond their limits and they should not have attempted the move. In the end I'm left with a damaged safe and an uncompleted job. read more

Easily programmed a Jeep key fob and cut a spare key for a fraction of what I'd been quoted from other places. Add that to the excellent customer service and knowledgable staff. Won't use another locksmith going forward. read more

Very bad customer service. They told me over the phone they could make a key for my car. Had my car towed there Friday they "didn't have the specific key" for my car but said it was scheduled for delivery Monday. They then convinced me to leave the car there over the weekend then Monday afternoon comes they didn't get the key. They had no empathy or care for me and my situation and Only made excuses and smart sarcastic comments when I called to question. Never use this place they will bs you and waste your time, not sure why they been in business this long. Sad I had family recommend this locksmith and found a way better one that got me a key in 45 mins. read more

I used this company to install and rekey a commercial space. If zero stars can be given I would give it. The customer service is beyond awful they charged me a fortune to install an automatic lock system they installed it in February, we were closed during Covid and it fell apart despite the lack of use within 4 months. They charged me $225 to come out and tighten a screw and now it's loose again. I hired another company to fix it and they couldn't believe the poor workmanship. Rude front office, the owner just lies to cover their poor quality work and they don't stand behind their poor product. read more

I needed a key made for a Yakima ski rack. They quoted me $35 over the phone if I brought it to them. When I arrived he worked on it for around 25 minutes, including the time to make a second key that I requested. I asked him if they offered a military discount and he said no, then only charged me $20 for the service and both keys. Great customer service and military friendly, I'll definitely be back. read more

I run a auto shop and need keys a lot. Got a key made as a recommendation by Ace Hardware because they were not able to do it for me. Ever since then I just go here instead of messing with Home Depot and Lowes as well. The staff is really knowledgable and has been more than helpful every time I have been in. When I would come in for keys I kept asking about gun safes and Scott spent a great deal of time showing and educating me on different models and features. I ended up purchasing a large gun safe and couldn't be happier with my decision. read more

Great service! Genius help in unlocking my strong box. Highly recommend. (Kudos, Chuck!)

You won't find a better business man. Statewide is all about quality work and product.

Fantastic Service! We knocked on the door right at 5 and though it was time to close, the gentleman cut out keys and answered questions most graciously. A++++ service! read more

I had an excellent experience with State-Wide Lock & Safe Inc--they were friendly, respectful, competent, and reasonable. Here's why I used their service: I pulled into my driveway, turned off my old car, and my key wouldn't come out. It was stuck in the ignition and no amount of wiggling helped. In the morning I drove to State-Wide to see if they could help me without an appointment. Initially I thought I was going to have to take the car to a dealer, but they were clever and figured out how the key and the drive-train mechanisms worked. They managed to fix the problem and showed me what to do just in case it happens again. They saved me the drive and expense of going to the dealer. read more
