Are you kidding me? Called for a quote on a single front door rekey for an eviction, but they wanted an "emergency fee" of $125.00 because they had to be at the property "early in the morning" and "maybe have to wait for sheriffs". Way to stick it to your potential clients. Then the rekey itself was a MINIMUM of $125.00 so all together would be $250! I cannot believe the pricesthese guys charge. So if you're not made of gold, I suggest going to Job Done Locksmith who are very highly rated and far more affordable. read more

I sent the request for a quote for my property that I recently purchased. I received a quick response to schedule the service. They were able to come by that same day. Technician arrived within the expected window for the work. He was a pleasant fellow. I showed him all the locks and he was able to re-key them all and left me with multiple copies. It was pricier than I expected. Maybe I misunderstood what the quote included and how it was to be estimated. I didn't know that each copy wasn't included in the fee. read more

The boss came out, promised to upgrade us and fix the lock which was not working, admitted his employee was dishonest and i have never heard back. He did not follow through on what he promised. Will answered the call promptly, offered a same-day appointment, called in advance to advise me he was coming, showed up when he said he would, and provided excellent service. Not only did he do everything we needed (in a short time), he was able to make extra keys for us in his van. He also pointed out an area in our house that needed help (security-wise) and told us how to easily fix it ourselves at a low cost.
