They have the perfect combination of expertise and common sense to get the job done right the first time. They're approachable, they didnt talk over my head, and I couldn't be happier with the Sonos package and speakers that they installed for me. Their installers were very precise in where they placed my speakers, how they hid the wires, and they also went out of their way to clean up after themselves throughout the install. Precision Media did a great job finding me the right, FLEXIBLE solution for my house without nickle and diming me for every little upgrade. They offer all of the skill and know how of a huge company with the customer service and follow up of a "mom and pop" store. Perfect combination. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone in the market for home audio visual services.

These guys have been underwhelming. I'm a renter and it…read moreseems this company took money from the owner to install the alarm system (that didn't work when we moved in), were subcontracted by the original home builder to do all the in-home wiring, and then proceeded to charge me (the renter) when we found out that the wiring was not done correctly. I don't normally post reviews, but these guys are double and triple-dipping on contracts and the owners have poor attitudes. Their staff and servicemen are reasonable and try to keep the wheels turning, but I will forever think of Precision Media as an example of what to avoid when looking for any of the services they offer. It's sad to see that companies like this exist.

Eric came out, gave a very competitive quote, offered great suggestions about surround sound, security, and Control 4 integration. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Our builder hired his team to do the pre-wire throughout the house. Our builder commented that the guys who did the prewire did the cleanest and best prewire he had ever seen. When Eric's team came back to do the final install of the speakers, security system, and theater room, they worked 24/7 to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They were also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail of our system. Since the install, Cinegration has been extremely responsive to any and all questions we've had. Every single person at Cinegration has been thoughtful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We would highly, highly recommend working with them. After shopping out several competitors who tried to up-sell and over charge, we are so glad we went with Cinegration. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Eric and all the guys at Cinegration!

I posted a request for flatscreen tv installation service a little past midnight Friday night/Saturday morning, and expected to begin receiving replies first thing in the morning. I was surprised to receive a reply from Get Smart Home less than 5 minutes later asking qualifying questions. Five minutes after replying I received a quote and commitment to install two TVs on Saturday. Vlad and Stasia text me 35 minutes before the installation appointment to alert me they were on the way. They arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism: they were courteous, well mannered, personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared with the necessary tools, supplies, blankets to lay the TVs on, and booties to cover their shoes. They reviewed the TVs and desired mounting locations, asked questions about my preferences, made recommendations, set expectations, then went to work. They were efficient -- finishing both installations and cleaning up within an hour -- and most importantly, delivered results that again exceeded expectations. I am impressed with the quality of Vlad and Stasia's work and the excellent experience of working with them. I recommend Get Smart Home without reservation and will be relying on their expertise and services for my upcoming home automation projects.

It took 5 hours, not 2, and he came back for second visit to program the remotes. Vlad is very patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. He offers dealer pricing on components but even sent us a Best Buy link when the same item was cheaper. If you need anything done too your home electronics, gIve him a call.

Despite my years of business Home Security Center according to their scheduler they could not send a tech out for a week. Quote: "They are to busy doing new installs". Messed up priorities in my opinion and lousy service. What is most surprising is when I called to get service is THEY ONLY CHECK ALARM COMMUNICATION TO THEM ONCE A WEEK. In other words if I HAD AN ALARM ACTIVATED FOR ANY REASON and my system communication had failed (like mine had) THEY would not know, not send the police or fire department. That is awful monitoring. A service company that doesn't provide service? Wow. I canceled my service; service that at end I was not getting.
