He was very clear not to over sell to me (even though I ended up going a bit overboard in the end on my own accord because I wanted to lol) but Joel was very clear that some of my stuff I didn't really need. He sold me a bunch of stuff and I felt the price to be fair for what I was getting. A few days later a tech came with the wrong equipment. He tried to guilt me into allowing him to install the equipment into my home saying "the sales rep will have to pay for your mistake" (not my mistake, I was clear about wanting a door bell camera and he brought a security camera). He suggested I hire an electrician bc it would be a very difficult job for him. I told him that wasn't the agreement. He came back 2 weeks later with the right camera (it took him ten minutes to install it) he also lied about it having to be connected to a real door bell. They also installed a faulty sensor in my kitchen and I'm still waiting for a second sensor we paid for (it's been 3 months). Now my smoke detector is failing. This company seems super shady and if I knew they were an authorized dealer I would've done more research. They told me they were ADT and obviously we all know ADT I didn't think anything of it, shame on me. I'd recommend literally any other vendor going forward.
