They also installed a faulty sensor in my kitchen and I'm still waiting for a second sensor we paid for (it's been 3 months). Now my smoke detector is failing. This company seems super shady and if I knew they were an authorized dealer I would've done more research. They told me they were ADT and obviously we all know ADT I didn't think anything of it, shame on me. I'd recommend literally any other vendor going forward.
