Matt called me first thing the next morning, walked me through options, explanations, pricing options, was so patient and helpful. In a horrible time in our lives, these guys really gave us peace of mind with kindness. They moved around appointments so that we could get our system installed the next day- and the installation was easy, helpful, full of explanation and recommendations. Our installer even asked if we preferred he take off his shoes. To have such a nice guys to work with when I was really second guessing every person who walked near my home was so helpful. And our security system is top notch at a price I thought we'd get a 'pretty good' system for.

They have the perfect combination of expertise and common sense to get the job done right the first time. They're approachable, they didnt talk over my head, and I couldn't be happier with the Sonos package and speakers that they installed for me. Their installers were very precise in where they placed my speakers, how they hid the wires, and they also went out of their way to clean up after themselves throughout the install. Precision Media did a great job finding me the right, FLEXIBLE solution for my house without nickle and diming me for every little upgrade. They offer all of the skill and know how of a huge company with the customer service and follow up of a "mom and pop" store. Perfect combination. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone in the market for home audio visual services.

I don't normally post reviews, but these guys are double and triple-dipping on contracts and the owners have poor attitudes. Their staff and servicemen are reasonable and try to keep the wheels turning, but I will forever think of Precision Media as an example of what to avoid when looking for any of the services they offer. It's sad to see that companies like this exist.

I posted a request for flatscreen tv installation service a little past midnight Friday night/Saturday morning, and expected to begin receiving replies first thing in the morning. I was surprised to receive a reply from Get Smart Home less than 5 minutes later asking qualifying questions. Five minutes after replying I received a quote and commitment to install two TVs on Saturday. Vlad and Stasia text me 35 minutes before the installation appointment to alert me they were on the way. They arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism: they were courteous, well mannered, personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared with the necessary tools, supplies, blankets to lay the TVs on, and booties to cover their shoes. They reviewed the TVs and desired mounting locations, asked questions about my preferences, made recommendations, set expectations, then went to work. They were efficient -- finishing both installations and cleaning up within an hour -- and most importantly, delivered results that again exceeded expectations. I am impressed with the quality of Vlad and Stasia's work and the excellent experience of working with them. I recommend Get Smart Home without reservation and will be relying on their expertise and services for my upcoming home automation projects.

When it was apparent the new receiver would not fit our cabinet, we asked that he just cut out the back wall to fit. (Our old console was particle board.) It took 5 hours, not 2, and he came back for second visit to program the remotes. Vlad is very patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.
