Literally great. John (and one time with Michael) has come out twice, both times has worked fast, the work has been of high quality, and his prices feel both fair but very affordable. Cannot recommend Metrolocks highly enough. read more

Great pricing and excellent service. Had our new home rekeyed in no time and we're very happy.

John has been out to our rental property multiple times, and we will always stick with him. He responds quickly to calls, is there when he says he will be, and always does a great job. It was about 15 degrees today when he came out. He worked with a difficult door due to a renter, but got us re-keyed and ready to go. Friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Told us to give him a call if there was any issue, as he stands by his work. Nice to find someone with integrity. read more

This is who you call if you need a locksmith. No trip charges. No credit card fees. I called yesterday and they were out here this morning to install new dead bolts. Very friendly and professional. I knew how to program the dead bolts but Meteolocks offered to walk me through it. They had to also chisel our part of my door for the latch and it was a clean job. read more

Working with Metrolocks was a pleasure from start to finish. The owner was very communicative, respectful of my home, and did a wonderful job and met my needs. Also the price was very fair. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for all of my locksmith needs. read more

My phone call was answered immediately, an appointment was scheduled for the next day for a non-rush job, and their reasonable pricing was thoroughly explained. Locksmith John was prompt for our appointment, re-keyed 12 keyholes, replaced a doorknob, and tried to fix a stubborn sliding door lock in just over two hours. He was communicative and professional the whole time. He didn't charge me for the labor on the stubborn door. He did his best to give me the best outcome possible on all our doors. I would definitely call them again if I were in a lock-out situation or anything else requiring their services! read more

Very highly recommended. I had a difficult situation -- a contractor who was working on my house stole my key. I had to have all of the locks rekeyed asap, for fear of him coming back and getting into my house. I called Metrolocks at about 7:00 that evening, and they had a guy at my house at 8:30 the next morning (wow!). He (Michael) was prompt, professional, friendly (even my dog liked him), and he did a great job. He had all 5 locks rekeyed within and hour, and the cost was very reasonable. I have had some bad experiences with locksmiths in the Denver area, but this one was VERY positive. If you need locksmith services, you should reach out to Metrolocks ! read more

We had our front door lock re-keyed and cleaned up. The front door lock was aways sticking and wouldn't lock and unlock with a key. The locksmith showed up on time, and was in contact with us right up to the appointment. He was fast and thorough. Re-keyed the lock and gave us duplicate keys. Front door lock works great now. Nice and smooth. He had it all done in about 30 minutes, maybe less. Also, the price. I figured it would have been hundreds to fix it. I was wrong. Great value and very affordable. Should have done it years ago. read more

Value - Great deal for your money. I enjoy that their prices are posted online and that the service provided does not come with hidden add-ons or up-charges. Thanks John Dobereiner! Performance - Technician was quick to call to open up an earlier window of time for my convenience and went above and beyond to make conversation while he worked. He was able to provide the requested services in a quick and timely manner. Ease of Use - The fact that they have auto, home and business options is a plentiful site as I now have one company I can go to for any locksmithery (wait, that's a word, right? It is now!) I may need. Features - No Hidden charges, flat rates posted online, wicked quick response time, insured and accredited, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a satisfaction guarantee. Criticism - No criticism of this place; didn't you just read the features I posted above? Overall - When you need trusted, quick and attentive technicians to provide proficiency and safety to your auto, home or business, I won't be calling any other company than Metrolocks. This is THE company you need to call when you need help. read more

Honesty will get you repeat business. Just serviced my dad's front door and instead of giving him the most expensive option - he gave him the most economic option. A senior citizen - in a vulnerable time... thank you John! Highly recommend - honest & a job well done. read more

John from metrolocks was great! I had locks for my new house rekeyed- the whole process was really easy and affordable.

We moved into a house that has a sliding glass door as the rear exit. The house also has a rear detached garage, but we couldn't leave out the back door since there was no way to lock the slider from the outside. Every time we left the house, we had to go out the front and walk around (through the grass/snow) to the garage, which was super annoying. They sell kits at Home Depot to add an exterior key lock to sliders but they didn't fit this door, and another locksmith also tried and failed. Amir came a total of three times and ordered new parts in between each visit to get it to work. He was so friendly and professional and determined to get it right. In the end, he only charged us the original quote even though it turned out to be way more complicated than expected and took three visits. He said he was grateful that he could keep coming back to get it to work and learn how to fix this unique challenge, which is why they honored the original (very reasonable!) quote. I highly recommend him and Metrolocks, and will definitely use them in the future for any other locksmith services I need. read more

I have utilized John at Metrolocks services for re-keying and lock installs on multiple occasions at multiple locations. Always responsive. Always professional. Always a pleasure to work with. Great service and we had our door fixed in minutes. It was only $40 which was a deal considering he had to do some moving around of the lock and door set. We're selling our home and the front door was sticking. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment for the next day as our need wasn't same day/urgent. Thanks again and we'll be calling you for all of our locksmith needs. read more

Loved the service. Punctual, quick, friendly, and reasonable. What more could you want? Wish all the people I hired were like this.

Fast, respectful, and good service. Basically it took 15 minuets from start to finish. His prices are really good compare to any other locksmith in the region. He is fast responding in Yelp, so if you have questions just ask him here. read more

Great experience! Was able to get someone out to my location very quickly and they did everything I asked. Prices were extremely reasonable and John was very up front about the cost before he started to ensure this was OK first. Job was done very quick, but was done right. This is the second time we have used Metrolocks and they have been very honest and responsive. Highly recommended!

Metrolocks is great! They communicate with upfront pricing via Yelp and email in a quick manner. There's no need for a phone call to talk about what you need... unless things are complicated then they'd probably need to get you on the phone. I was able to set my schedule right then. Once the tech came in, John and I talked about what I need done. Before he got started, he told me the cost of the tasks so I was aware of it already. Even via Yelp, they already told me that there might be extra cost if the tech needed to change the drilling. I love that they're very honest with their pricing, and as a customer, you wouldn't be shocked about the cost after the job is done. I can tell they're super honest because after John had installed my smart lock, he asked me if I still wanted to get the other two locks installed. He was aware that the only reason why I wanted to install the other two locks is so I can get my smart lock installed. They're very knowledgeable, John found a way to get my smart lock in to my existing deadbolt that shouldn't normally work for that smart lock. And again, super honest... John could've charged me more by installing the other two locks but I clearly didn't need it. They really do look out for their customers! He was even willing to stay until I get my smart lock installed on my app to make sure my smart lock is working. I told him he can go since I didn't know how long until my app finish downloading but I'm happy that he was willing to stay to ensure he got the job done correctly. He even said I can call if anything is wrong and he can fix it for free. John did an exceptional job to ensure that everything is working smoothly and correctly on my new lock. Really makes the customer feel at ease! John is also very friendly. They saved me money off of those two locks installations, and I was even able to return those to the store! They might have lost extra money for those two locks but they gained a new customer forever. I will be using them for all my locksmith and keys services need from now on. I don't know if they install doors too but if they do, I would definitely be using them for that as well! I will recommend them to everyone I know in the area as well so they can gain more customers. Thank you, Metrolocks! read more

Metro locks was great. It was easy to book an appointment. They confirmed and gave me the name of the tech coming out. He called me ahead of time to let me know he would be arriving. Changed my locks and gave some advice about keypad locks and didn't steer to me to overpay for install of something I didn't need. These guys are communicative, fast, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend you give them a call. read more

Responded quickly, charged a fair price and showed up on time. I would highly recommend this company.

It is not fun and embarrassing to lose your keys. I called Metrolocks and the helped me out. They did a great job.

Pulled over to take a work call and locked my keys in my trunk. I was running late to the airport (I was flying back to Austin) so I called Metrolocks. When they got there, they said, "and you tried unlocking the trunk from here...." and pulled the trunk release. I was so embarrassed and I offered to pay half of the fee and the locksmith, Amir, wouldn't let me pay. What great service from Metrolocks! If I'm ever in a bind in Denver, they will be the first people that I call. read more

Quick and professional. I locked my keys in the car and used Yelp to find someone close. I was thrilled to see that a company so highly rated was so close to my home. The technician was friendly on the phone and explained all of my options to me. He looked up and found that he would not be able to make a duplicate key for my make and model on the spot, but offered alternatives. He still offered to come out and see if my keys were locked in the trunk, and sure enough, they were. They charged a $55 flat fee which I believe to be an astounding deal. You can trust these guys. I have had bad experiences with other locksmiths recently. My girlfriend was just charged $110 by another company and treated terribly in the same neighborhood. read more

John from Metrolocks just came by and did a fantastic job! The door from our garage into the house had a stuck latch. I explained the situation to Amir over the phone. He said he had seen it before and gave me fair quote for the service and parts. Metrolocks sent John over to help us. He arrived on time, was courteous, fixed the lock, and charged us exactly the quoted price. I've had a bad experience with a locksmith in another house who hiked up the price to $150 after he got to my house, but not these guys. They were great and I will call them again if I have any other lock issues. read more

Great help from John today. He was on time, and quickly found the problem and repaired it. Thanks!

Professional, timely and a decent person. Made the whole process easy. Thank you Amir.
