Quick and professional. I locked my keys in the car and used Yelp to find someone close. I was thrilled to see that a company so highly rated was so close to my home. The technician was friendly on the phone and explained all of my options to me. He looked up and found that he would not be able to make a duplicate key for my make and model on the spot, but offered alternatives. He still offered to come out and see if my keys were locked in the trunk, and sure enough, they were. They charged a $55 flat fee which I believe to be an astounding deal. You can trust these guys. I have had bad experiences with other locksmiths recently. My girlfriend was just charged $110 by another company and treated terribly in the same neighborhood. read more

The thumblock (no key) on the glass French doors leading to our balcony jammed shut, and while trying to open them I naturally broke the thumb piece off so it just spun around. I called a locksmith, who could not come until the following week ... but that wouldn't do because we would not be able to water our many flowers and plants on the balcony, leaving them at the mercy of the hot Colorado sun. So I just rented a house in Denver and started moving my stuff in this weekend and I needed a locksmith to create a key for our front wooden door (a very old lock, probably from 1920s), to tighten the knobs on both the front and back doors, and to take apart, clean, and reassemble two other locks that were sticky and didn't work right. Obviously nothing worked right. Our locksmith, John, was awesome! He was prompt, personable, and quick. In addition, he certified his work and when we found a small problem with the back door after he left (just because the door is old and house is problematic) he returned on the same day after he finished his other jobs.
