This is the only time I've had to use a locksmith and hopefully the last, but if I do need to call a locksmith again in the future I will be calling them. The fee was $55 which I was a bit surprised since my coworkers said it usually costs over $100 if you use a locksmith. I was also surprised that they were able to arrive within 30 minutes or I could schedule an appointment (I've called another locksmith before that told me "they will get to you when they can" and not even give me an ETA then waited 3 hours for my landlord to come by which was still before the locks,itch could arrive).... These people are my lifesavers! After I locked my keys in my car, I called about 3 locksmiths. It was about 40 min before most of them opened, but I decided to try anyways. As I expected, none of them answered and I wasn't willing to wait 40 min for them to call me back so I didn't leave a message. But 10 minutes after I called Metrolocks, they called me back! (Even though I didn't leave a message). I only had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come over and had my keys out of the car in 5. They do a security check too, which was very reassuring.
