Absolutely disgraceful company! I was locked out of the car. I called this company to help me out. We agreed on $125 for two keys. The employee named John came with a rude attitude. He unlocked the door and then lock the car. I quote him "Pay me to unlock the door for $65 OR Pay me to give you a key for $120" and we got into an argument that we agreed on $125 for two keys. John said "I am just doing my job" and that reflects poorly on this company. Find another better company with a respectful reputation. He has absolutely no respect for my mother. read more
