We had a metal door leading to our deck, and the internal lock mechanism failed while in the locked position. Even after removing the handles and hardware, the door wouldn't budge. I reached out, and Roni showed up within an hour with a smile and ready to work. He immediately knew what needed to be done. After some tough maneuvering, he was able to remove the broken locking mechanism and replace it. In about 30 minutes, the door was fully operational again. Roni was attentive, polite, and incredibly skilled -- all while our two dogs barked and ran around. The value he delivered was exceptional: fast response, expert work, and a fair price. When he finished my husband asked him about re-keying a couple of our other locks. What would be the price, when could we schedule? He gave us a quote. We agreed. He re-keyed those locks right then.
