I highly recommend this company if you are in need of help! Both the owner who I spoke with on the phone and the tech he sent out were incredibly caring and kind. They helped me through a really tough afternoon after losing the key to my rental car. The car was very new and it was tough to make a new key but the tech never gave up. When things were looking grim he offered solutions and it felt like he genuinely cared about us. He even called the next day to make sure everything was ok and see if we needed anything. I often say that kindness is sadly uncommon, however in this case I was very grateful to find incredible kindness when I needed it the most! read more

I am writing this review of 1st Choice Locksmith (Denver area) first to say a big thank you to Henry from 1st Choice for all he did for me today. I had a wallet stolen with my spare car key, id, etc, so I had no choice but to try to find a professional locksmith to fully re-key my car. This was very difficult to find, but luckily I found Alpine Locksmith who in turn sent me to Henry from 1st Choice. Henry returned all my calls and texts on time, and never once flaked like so many locksmiths do.Henry was prompt, friendly and completely professional to work within best of all HONEST. This is so hard to find someone like this nowadays. I would highly recommend Henry for any locksmith work you need done!! If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Henry for being real and for being professional to the top. read more

Local and fast- Henry arrived at our house within 15 minutes to fix a stuck screen door where the lock was broken. Fast service, fixed in less than 10 minutes. So hard to find local locksmith's these days but this is who I'm going to call in the future when I lock myself out- which won't be long, knowing me! read more

Had an awesome experience with this locksmith. Henry was friendly and communicative. I had flat out lost the keys to a car I inherited from my mother when she passed. It was hard enough dealing with the vehicle, let alone when I lost the keys. Henry came in his mobile van and had it all set in 30 minutes. Unfortunately he even had to recharge my battery so that the car would start. Now I can clean out the remnants of my mom, and sell this car for a brand new start. Thanks so much Henry. I highly recommend this efficient and friendly company! read more

Henry is an absolute lifesaver! I locked myself out of my garage and no other locksmith I called could service a single entry garage. Henry answered the phone, was at my house within 20 minutes and opened up my garage door within 15 minutes. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him enough. read more

Henry was a lifesaver! Fast, efficient, kind. Made new keys for our van and got us quickly on our way! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with this company! I was locked out of a gun safe that was bolted down in a closet. Out of all the locksmiths I called, these guys were able to respond within 24 hours. They worked their bits off to get us into the safe. We apologized for the complicated set up and they just laughed and responded that they enjoyed the challenged. Others may have charged more after seeing the complicated set up but these guys took it in stride. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed great service from a great team. read more

Henry G was professional, showed up on time re-keyed the entire house. He made sure I had enough spare keys and did not charge me for the additional keys. I only have one key for the garage door and requested two extra spare. It was not something he carried but he ordered it and came to my work to pick up the key to make copies. Now that's great customer service. When the job was complete I feel like I made a friend and now I have a trustworthy and reliable locksmith I can call 24/7. read more

Locked myself out of my house and they were very fast and responsive even on a Saturday night. Very reasonable prices too! Thanks again!

My experience with 1st Choice was above exceptional. I lost my first VW remote 6 years ago, then misplaced my second car key w/remote just before August. I figured my valet key would be fine for use. Unfortunately, because I dropped the key repeatedly over time, the chip in the valet key became inert. Unfortunately over time, due to the damage I inflicted, the car wouldn't start, because the engine didn't recognize the key, I needed a new key reprogrammed fast. I called my local VW dealer and another German auto repair company, but they wanted to charge me diagnosis fees, a new remote fee, then said it may take up to a week to resolve it. I'm from Snowmass, in Denver, without almost 250 miles away from home without relatives etc.. in a parking garage that bills by the hour. So in addition to having to spend upwards of $750, additionally I was going to have to pay for a hotel. First of all, it's rare to find a locksmith that can reprogram a 2007 VW key, because of the expensive equipment and licensing, second it hard to find someone that can do it on the same day. 1st choice diagnosed the problem, gave me a price (completely reasonable), and a second key free of charge. The tech advised me when he would arrive, he was on time, treated my dog well, and got me back on the road in just under 2 hours, while saving me hundreds of additional dollars. This guy is a dream!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!! I have burned his number in my phone and won't call anybody else for locksmith services and with my luck lord knows I'll need him again!!! Thank you!! From the bottom of my heart thank you! You guys are amazing read more

I highly recommend Henry as your go-to locksmith. He was prompt personable, professional, and fast. He doesn't double the cost to show up on a Saturday and his prices were better than any of the other locksmiths I called. read more
