Picture this: You are running a little late for work. You scoop up your work bag, your diaper bag, your phone, and your baby already strapped in his car seat. You lock your door, step outside, and shut the door behind you, only to realize, you left your car and house keys inside. The only other set of keys are with your significant other on the way back from another state. You start to panic and try to squeeze your body into a dog door that only accommodates your 30 lb fur baby, who thinks this is a fun game and insists on face licks and crowding any space you have. Then you try and put a push broom inside the small opening in a feeble attempt to knock the keys down from the counter top. To no avail, you are stuck without a way back in or a means to leave. When he and his son arrived they were extremely friendly and tried all doors on our house to pick before having to break a lock. Slightly the worst service I've ever gotten in Colorado, if that is even saying anything. These guys double book you and make you wait. As a realtor, this is not efficient, timely, or helpful to the cause. This is not a comcast service, it should be 100% on point in timeliness. I waited for an hour and a half the first day and we had to reschedule to the next day, when they were late a half-hour past their deadline. Incredible, but compared to what I'm used to in Michigan, it's hard to imagine anyone in Colorado cares about their trade or purpose. read more
