SAVE YOUR MONEY! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE DISHONEST AND RUDE. I called the office and told them I needed my locks rekeyed. She told me there would be a $19 service charge, and then $20 per lock rekeyed. I told her that was fine and we set up the appointment. The technician came, I showed him the locks, and he made me sign the work order before anything was done. He went out and did his work. When he was finished, he came back in and handed me the keys. I was on the phone with another contractor and asked the tech to wait until I was done with the call. He was very impatient and kept pushing the credit card machine towards me. I gave him the card, he printed out the receipt, and THEN handed me the itemized bill. I was still on the phone when he let himself out. After hanging up, I looked at the bill and saw that he had charged me $65 per lock instead. Ok, I thought... simple misunderstanding. So I called the office. The lady was INCREDIBLY rude and told me it was my fault because I let him work on my house without discussing the price. I HAD DISCUSSED IT WITH HER WHEN I CALLED. She continued to be rude and condescending and told me that she had said that rekeying STARTS at $20, depending on the type of lock. I know for a fact that she never said those words. Now she's put me on hold, and I've been sitting here for 10min waiting for someone to talk to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are crooks and liars and will very rudely cheat you out of your money. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. 15 minutes later, I'm still on hold. read more

I was visiting my mother in Aurora when, on a Sunday - late afternoon, the front door knob would turn, but that was all it would do - - whether from the interior or the exterior, that door was not going to open no matter how I turned the knob, tried the key. I had called Aurora locksmith services because I was turned down from another locksmith company about securing my RV for my adult son with autism and I. Not only is Aurora locksmith services friendly and professional, however, they were able to think outside the box to secure my son, and I in our RV. my 23-year-old son with autism, is emotionally two years old and does not understand that he cannot just open the door and run off. Wife locked her keys in her vehicle, after dark, while out of town. Due to good reviews on Yelp, I made them my first call and they jumped into action immediately. Jr. even brought a "chaperone" with him (If we interrupted a date....we're sorry) to keep my wife at ease. I was stuck at a store when my car ignition switch failed, late in the afternoon. I was ready to give up after calling several dealerships and locksmiths, and hearing "no one is available until tomorrow".
