The quality of work and customer service at Elevated Audio is second to none. You will pay more…read moreupfront by going to Elevated Audio, but the work will be done correctly and they will stand behind it. Coming from a guy who's gone to multiple audio shops with multiple BMW Z4s and had issues every time until this place, well, that upfront premium is definitely worth it to me! So what did I have done? I had the front tweeters replaced, a new DSP amplifier installed, and a new deck installed. They ran dedicated speaker wires to each speaker so each speaker had its own channel on the amp. Did we run into issues? Yes, just like the other two places I've gone to with my last sports car. But unlike the two other places I had gone to in the past, let's see how they truly went above and beyond... The first issue I had is the amplifier died. This is the nature of electronics (look up the "bath tub curve of reliability") - in short, if the amp was going to die, it was probably going to die within a few months of getting it or not for many, many years. Elevated Audio stood behind their product and replaced the amp. But there's more... Next issue was a rattling noise I heard from the passenger-side speaker. Again, I took in the car. And again, they stood behind their work and fixed the rattle. Now some audio shops would have argued it was not an issue with the speaker so tough cookies - not Elevated Audio. They just took care of it - no charge. But there's more... Next issue was the deck (I know, I had a bit of bad luck!) Again, remember the bath tub curve. No audio shop has control over if/when a deck or amp is going to fail, so you cannot judge them on that. I did not like the Kenwood deck they had put in for usability reasons and asked since the deck was acting up anyway to move to an Alpine. Again, they just took care of it - no charge on labor, just the delta in price to go from the original deck to the Alpine. More than reasonable. But there's one final thing! The steering controls work only intermittently. Again, they took it in free of charge and tried to fix it. It's still only working intermittently, but they've offered to let me bring it in to have them look at it again. I will take them up on that offer, but only after this whole COVID 19 thing gets better. So in summary, I know it may seem that many things went wrong, but you have to look at what was reasonably under their control. Every step of the way, the quality of their work was spectacular. They stood behind their product and their work. And I guarantee you that had I gone to another shop, I could have experienced the exact same manufacturer failures and had that occurred, I would not have been taken care of the way Elevated Audio treated me.

These guys are absolutely amazing! After having several bad experiences with locksmiths in the past, I felt helpless when came to choose a locksmith to change the locks on my house this time. I stumbled upon Front Range Locksmith and saw they only had good reviews wherever I checked, so I decided to call them. It was a weekend, since that's the only time I have time to deal with home chores, and the guy who answered the phone said they work 24/7 and that they don't charge any extra fees for coming out on weekends or after hours. Already a good start. Making the appointment was easy and Chris showed up right at the scheduled time. I needed to change all the locks in my house, including the sliding door lock AND I wanted to get a new lock installed which required to drill a new hole in the door. Quite a lot of work, since my house has 6 exterior doors. After looking at the locks, Chris told me that the locks in my house are good and reasonably secure so I can just get them re-keyed instead, which will lower the price in about 50%. He didn't start working until all the the prices were agreed and he finished the job quickly. You could really tell he knew what he was doing, unlike the 3 previous locksmiths I used. A few days ago I was in a massive hurry to get to work and was rushing to get out of the house. As soon as I locked and closed my front door behind me I realised that I had left my keys sitting on my counter. I began to panic as I frantically searched for a locksmith thinking that there was no way they could come in time. I was pleased to hear that it would be no problem for Front Range Locksmith to get to my home quickly and let me back inside. As soon as Chris arrived he assured me that opening the lock would be a quick process and it absolutely was. He was very informative, walking me through the process as he worked. The price of his service was extremely reasonable and, when weighed in the balance of what would have happened had I not called him, it was worth the call and every penny. I decided to leave a review because my experience with locksmiths in the past have always been so terrible. I was surprised to not only find a company that was available at 3am in Denver but that also had such a quick turnaround time. At the end of the day I just needed to get into my car after accidently leaving the key inside and quickly! It was so cold and super late, I thought I was going to be waiting forever! But when I reached out not only did they answer and send someone promptly (about 20 min) but they even asked if I was in a safe area to wait for them. This place was great, originally quoted $55 for unlocking my truck however, when he arrived I only had a $50 or a $100 dollar bill, since he didn't have change he let me pay the $50 taking $5 off, top notch. He was quick getting to our house, 15 minutes maybe, and made quick work of getting into my truck, it was freezing out and dark and he was still super friendly, being new to the Denver area and not knowing reputable companies this one sure did leave a lasting impression. I couldn't afford a warehouse where I wanted to due to budget, so I had to rent a place in a less than safe area of town. They then charged us over 2000 which is basically robbery. What kind of business tries to fleece people like this. I'm extremely upset they had the gall to do this. Eventually they removed 600 of BS service charges and rekeying fees but even still at 1400 for 5 locks I feel like I have been grossly taken advantage of. They the almost ran off without giving us the keys. I'm working through Amex right now to get the invoice down to a more reasonable amount. We will never use these people again.
