Roni was super helpful when coming to change out the locks on our newly purchased home. He told me what he was doing, why he suggested certain locks, and the best value for the upgrade to an electronic lock I requested. On the back door- a metal outer door- the door was not properly aligned and Roni had to fix that as well as install the new lock that did not fit into the bolt as it was deformed. I needed to get my door locks replaced and decided that this was also a good time to get a security keypad installed on the front door as well (I've never had one and like the options that they provide). This was all new to me and when we got on the phone to discuss the project, I learned that what I initially was asking to have done was overkill - I thought I needed brand new locks and handles for my doors and he advised that I only needed the security pad and re-keying of the other existing locks. He patiently walked me through options, and then when I sent pictures of what I currently had, he sent me a link to the security pad that would match my existing handle perfectly!
