I went to THREE different stores (one being Home Depot) before coming here and they all just didn't have the smaller key on stock. I came here and the staff helped me quickly and smoothly. It was easy for the thieves to get in because the security plate and spin ring on the outside were not reinstalled when the locks were replaced. Granted thieves can hit anywhere, my business was an easy target because the security precautions were not put back in place. Needless to say- I had a different locksmith out to fix the lock. He took the time to explain how my lock was easier to break because these precautions (spin ring and plate) were not put back on and would have made the theft a much harder one to execute. Hire a professional who will take the time to do the job correctly and who takes enough pride in their work to do a good job, not a quick expensive one.
