This UPS Store is my go-to--not just for shipping, but because of the people who run it. Sabi and her brother-in-law, along with their amazing family, have created a store that feels more like a community than a business. They remember my name every time I walk in. They greet me with genuine kindness, they've offered me snacks, and they always go above and beyond to help. I've been coming here for years and continue to choose this location over any other--not because it's closest, but because their customer service is unmatched. If you want to support a small business run by truly kind, thoughtful people, this is the one. Sabi and her team make shipping feel personal--and that's rare. read more

The older white woman working in this store is horrible and belongs in a basement stocking shelves rather than working with customers. She was rude, unhelpful and condescending. It appears she hates her job and takes it out on the customers. I will never do business at that location again because of her. read more

This place is disgusting and greedy. Charging to print off a UPS label which they get free labels from UPS and they want to charge you $2.85. read more

I love this store. They are always friendly and helpful. I ship everything from here and also get my printing/binding done here. A+++ service every time. read more

I've been coming to this UPS Store in Ken Caryl with my boyfriend for a couple years now, and I've had the chance to see just how consistently kind and genuine Sabi and her family are. They remember our names, greet us with warmth, and treat us like more than just customers--they truly treat us like family. From day one, their energy has been welcoming and positive. Over time, you start to realize how rare that is. Whether it's helping with shipping questions, offering a snack, or just being incredibly supportive, they always show up with heart. It's not just regular UPS Store--it's a small business run by people who actually care about their customers. I always feel good walking in and even better walking out. Sabi and her team deserve all the recognition. Highly, highly recommend supporting this store. read more

Update in response to owner: This was not an Amazon return. This was a pre-purchased UPS label for an item that I sold on Mercari. I had packaged the item securely in a poly mailer. The employee argued with me that I needed a poly mailer. I told her that the item was literally already in a poly mailer. I did not ask for a mailer for free. I asked to take my package back after I was informed that I needed to make a purchase, and I was told it was too late. The employee should have informed me that I needed to make a purchase before scanning my item. I also find it hard to believe there is no way to cancel a scan. Upon delivery, the recipient informed me that the item was received only in the new mailer, so the employee opened my package and removed my items without my consent. There is no way that this had anything to do with Amazon rules, since it wasn't an Amazon return or shipment. The owner's excuses make no sense, and definitely do not excuse the employee's behavior, and bullying a customer into buying an unnecessary item. read more

I have been using this store for my shipping now for a few months and they always say hello, quickly scan my qc codes, and take care of getting my items out on time. I appreciate they remember me and know how I like to ship things. They never let the lines get long and multitask to make sure you can get in and out fast! The service here is the best!!!! read more

Always super friendly and very quick to help. Highly recommend to go to this store for all you UPS needs.

I was charged $26 for "special packaging" to return equipment to Quantum Fiber. It was the normal small box and bubble wrap. It is disgusting that we have companies that take advantage of people. The associates were rude and condescending when asked about the amount. I was also told that I couldn't get my money back and bring it back in my own packaging. Do not ship from there. read more

This UPS store tricked me into thinking I could apply for a first time passport and charged me $70 over night fee. They cost me time and money without knowing all the information. Do not trust this store read more

Katie at this office should be fired. A driver made no attempt to knock on my door while I was home on something I paid rush shipping for because I needed it ahead of a trip the next day. When their dispatch got back to me (Katie) the way she even started her phone call was beyond rude. She said her driver would not be coming back and that she would not tell me when I could expect my package again. unprofessional, unethical, and rude. read more

If I could give this UPS Store zero stars, I would. My experience here was not just frustrating--it was downright infuriating, and the way the owner handled the situation was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On February 17th, I came in to ship a USPS flat rate package. Instead of being able to ship it as intended, I was told it would be cheaper to send it via UPS Ground. Trusting the information I was given, I went ahead with the shipment--only to get home and discover that the USPS flat rate would have been $23.60, and I had been charged over $46.00. DOUBLE the cost. Naturally, I returned to the store on February 28th to ask for a refund or, at the very least, an explanation. The owner, who has supposedly owned this store for 27 years, told me he would "get back to me" by March 3rd. That day came and went with no call, no email, nothing. It wasn't until I reached out again on March 7th that I finally heard from him--and even then, it was only after I made it clear I would be leaving a negative Google review that he suddenly had time to respond. Honestly, I don't believe he ever intended to refund me or follow up. He was hoping I'd forget or give up. At this point, it's not even about the money. It's about the principle. This man has been running this store for decades, and knowing that he's willing to take advantage of people in our neighborhood--especially by upselling services under the guise of being "cheaper"--is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This store does not care about honesty, transparency, or its customers. It's all about squeezing every dollar they can out of you, even if it means misleading you in the process. Shame on the owner (Sam). read more

This place over-charges for everything. Go to USPS. I have used them 3 times and will not use them again.

I made a very expensive purchase over the phone and Sam made sure it got to me stress free he was extremely professional very good at communicating and he was honest and even sent me pictures of my product he packaged everything extremely well and had everything on its way to me from Colorado to Phoenix Arizona ASAP this location earned my trust with Sam read more

every time I enter this store I get myself prepared for a disappointment. I've had problems in the past but decided to forgive and forget. I'm returning a product that requires me to send back UPS. I enter the store (they advertise printing) I have the product being returned in its original packaging, I show the per behind the counter my phone with the authorization number and code. Sh then tells me I have to print the label (advised on door) and purchase a shipping box. I laughed and walked out. Every time I walk in this store it cost me more money than expected. read more

Great service and they were really nice and helpful. Will be returning to this location.

I had a return to make and this UPS location was the closest. The instructions I received in my email were to take the item to the store, show the barcode for scanning, and the store would package and label the item for you. I showed my barcode, he scanned it, and said I would have to buy the mailer to send it in because he doesn't provide that. I showed him the email twice and he said I had to pay for it. I paid $2 to send my "free return" item back. I felt like I had no other choice since he had already scanned my barcode. I would not recommend this place since they do not follow the instructions given by the return policy. All of this was taking place as he was telling a "regular" customer to pick out two more greeting cards and he would give them to her for free. I will go out of my way to another location in the future. read more

The UPS Store - Proof that it states that all I have to do is take the item to the UPS store and they will scan my barcode and take care of the rest. - Printing Services Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

According to the hours on their website, they open at 8am on weekdays. I left early before work to get there, was there at 8:13am and the door was locked, gates up inside. I tried calling and no one answered. So I had to backtrack to the UPS store off Kipling and Remington (way nicer, and actually show up to work on time!) So I was late to work because the incompetent employee could not be bothered to open the business on time. read more

Scammers...I went in on a Thursday night to send a package that needed to arrive on Monday. The first price that was quoted was about 4x more than I normally pay. It was obvious that the woman was trying to have me pay for expedited overnight shipping without my knowledge and my package didn't need to be delivered quickly. When I was going to go to leave the store she started lowering the price. Pretty unethical and disappointing. I'll never visit this location again. I already preferred FedEx over UPS Store due to higher rates and this was the icing on the cake for me. read more

These guys will try to nickle and dime you and even barter with you when you're just trying to mail a package. Sean was assisting me - I said I wanted standard shipping and he pushed 3-day which was almost double the price as standard. I said no. He said he would give me 5% off. I said no again... I want standard. He asked the value of the package. I said under $100. He said "how about $150?"... NO, I SAID UNDER $100. The price obviously goes up when the declared value is over $100. Sean hands me the paper to sign and he had put the value at "$101" to basically steal money from me. Unbelievable. I was just ready to get out of there so I signed the paper, paid, and left. Just go to FedEx down the road where they don't try to swindle their customers. It was a completely unacceptable experience. read more

Returned Amazon packages that were very big in size. The owner was very helpful and made a difficult task EASY.

I really like this store compared to the USPS up the road. I run a small business and usually have boxes coming and going every day. I have never had to wait more than 5 mins to have them scan my QRL code and send me on my way. At USPS I average 30 minutes in line to accomplish the same thing. The owners are very nice and helpful! My only concern is sometimes my phone loses service inside the store and I can't pull my QRL up. But I don't think that's their fault, probably the app or my phone. Keep up the good work! read more

Terrible service and they are scammers, do not go here! They charge more than the Post Office and lie about the costs! $80 to mail a 5 lb package of toys to St Louis is a rip off and they told me it wouldn't arrive until after the new year. Bah hum bug! Owner is rude too! Update: I contacted UPS Customer Service and was told that the store was wrong and it should have been $26 + packing at the most! I packed it myself and mailed it at the USPS and it was $14.92 and it would be there by Friday. BTW, the employees at the Post Office were very friendly! Merry Christmas! Read the other reviews and do your homework, you will see for yourself that my review was accurate. read more

Quite possibly the unfriendliest UPS store I have been in. The owners & people who work at this location never smile, never greet their customers, and rarely go above and beyond. Going forward, I will drive a bit further to do business with a store that is more customer oriented, and more (WAY MORE) friendly. read more

Updating my review on 09/30, the owner has attempted to go the extra mile to resolve this. I believe now this was an unfortunate misunderstanding. UPS damaged the parcel and returned it to the store. The store process was to sign the owners name for receipt and this resulted in the package arriving without knowing it at the time he placed the call. We appreciate his concern and effort. I consider the matter closed as resolved. read more

I have been going to this UPS store for years and have never, ever had a bad experience. Today they just proved to me how wonderful they are. I ran into a situation where my printer wasn't working and I had to sign something really important, immediately. Save your time and piece of mind by driving to another UPS store location. I wasn't greeted by staff in any way. The woman assisting me acted like I was bothering her. Seemed put out to help me. I will never go here again. They charged an outrageous price to send a small package to Grand Junction, and when the package arrived it was empty. The staff is friendly and they are always helpful. It is convenient to pick up my mail while I'm getting groceries at King Soopers.

We took a package in today to be mailed. They told us the cheapest price was right at $60.00. We thought that was too high for the size and weight of the package so we decided to see what another UPS store would cost. We went to the one on Pierce and CoalMine and the cost to mail the exact same package was right at $40.00. This is the 3rd time we have gotten a MUCH better price at another UPS store or just the post office. He will try to tell you the post office will be much higher, but it never has been.
