This is SUCH a change from NYC DMV offices! It's quite small, and the employees are friendly,…read moreefficient, and helpful. You don't need a paper ticket anymore. They'll text your ticket number and counter number to you. I was there on the last day of the month, and it wasn't jam-packed, nor did the staff seem harried. Over the phone, I am told that my license has already been mailed and should arrive within a few days. However, when I visit the office, they tell me they are still waiting to receive it so they can mail it again. These conflicting answers are very concerning, especially because I am extremely careful with my personal documents, and no one has provided a clear explanation or solution. The customer service has also been very disappointing. The staff do not listen carefully or seem interested in helping resolve the issue. After two months, I still do not know where my license is or what I need to do to receive it. I have tried every possible way to resolve this situation. I would appreciate it if someone at this office could seriously review my case and provide a clear answer.
