I would like to give my heartfelt gratitude for today's experience! I'm a little clumsy sometimes. And dealing with immigration could be stressful. Today I finished my meeting at the office with the amazing officer I had. It went well, and I noticed on my way out back to the car my card was missing. I checked for many times in my bag and it just wasn't there. I really didn't want to, but I had to go back in, these gentlemen of security was so nice and kind to me and offered their helping hands without judging. I went to the office to talk to the front desk lady also, and was able to connect to the officer to see if I left my card. and at the end, they were able to sent me upstairs to check. Security walked with me after looking for the same officer I had, I felt so grateful and fortunate as me being a foreigner even I had lived here for years. The kindness and non judgmental treatment as I was able to receive. The end of story was, I didn't realized my card was with my passport haha. I was able to find it at the end finally after my tears came out(silly me I know). I appreciate their kindness of allowing me. When I get overwhelmed I do things like this. And I decided to share my experiences here and I appreciate them as much as I appreciate the appreciation I had today! Thank you! You guys are a great team!! It's always traumatic dealing with immigration and it's like they are trained to act like mean cops to you and you're a criminal. However the attendant was friendly today and referred me to the right location so it was more smooth than I have experienced before. read more

Okay... so In 2015 it was super fast and easier for me and my husband to make an appointment. But now! I have been trying for 2 weeks straight and still can't get one or get ahold of anybody! I'm making a point of writing a review because I've been mistreated by the "system" in the past. Personnel at this office were great. Check-in security is like at the airport except that the guy was pleasant. You can be thorough and not be a jerk. I was served a few minutes after my appointment time and was done in under 15 minutes. I was originally given incorrect advice by two USCIS Customer Service people on the phone. The officer at the Centennial office wasn't surprised and took care of things for me. I couldn't help but overhear some of the other conversations and all officers were very courteous and patient. The only suggestion is to keep the receptionist on duty so that people know how the system works. The monitor has a ticket# and a window#, but if the receptionist is off duty you have to wait for an officer to shout out an appointment time. If two or more people have the same appt time then whoever got there first goes first. Simple if you know. read more

No one like dealing with Government Offices. But, I just became US Citizen and went there for my interview. The Immigration Officer I met with was fantastic. It was short and painless. I went in on time, and home within the hour. Glad it's all done and over with, but all in all a very pleasant experience. read more

I had one info pass appointment and two interviews at Centennial office. The info pass was quick, and the officer was polite and understanding. I was done within 15 minutes, although this was in 2019. As for the interviews, they are stressful no matter what, and my case was a complicated one. I had two different interviews at this office with two different officers. Both times I was treated with respect. They were professional, straight to the point, and I never felt mistreated. read more

Absolutely horrible service! Why do all the agents/representatives go to lunch at the same time while people with appointments are waiting? They looked at us, made a grin and just walked out. This is very disrespectful and inconsiderate of our time. And...there is absolutely nobody who can help. Why? because they are all at lunch!! I have never seen such a practice like this! Why aren't they on rotating lunches? Why do they chose to not honor those of us who have made appointments weeks in advance. Taking off of work and losing more money because these people are discourteous. read more

I have applied for my naturalization in August 2016. They scheduled my appointment in May 23rd 2017 at 9am. I went and waited, after 4 hours later someone came out and asked who's still waiting. He told me and another guy that we were not in their system for today's appointment. How did no one see it and told us??? I have requested for out of normal processing time about 2 months ago. Im still waiting for my appointment. Their online appointment booking system is horrible and they never have any availabilities so you can talk to someone. They need better management. I have been to a different uscis offices but i never experienced what i experienced here. Cant wait to write a complaint to their director. read more

Had a positive experience, the appointment times were kept, staff were courteous, and the general vibe was good even though the circumstances are tense for many visitors. These are not easy jobs to do, and I'm not sure how well paid they are - but I just wanted to add my 2 cents that I had a good day there. read more

Horrible service. This Centennial Center does not have phone numbers, to be able to contact them directly and to inquire about your application. And it is impossible to get an appointment with a supervisor in a timely fashion. I just tried to book an appointment online and they have no openings in the next 2 weeks. "Try again tomorrow". My citizenship interview was one hour delayed. They do not call you in the order of your arrival. They assign you from the beginning to an officer and if that officer runs late, there can be people who arrived an hour after you and they can still get called ahead of you. They really should change this system and make it fair. Nothing is fair with this entire process though. My interview was on a Friday and apparently they do not schedule ceremonies on Fridays. I have no idea how often they even schedule ceremonies at this center. I passed my interview with no problems and I was told that it will get up to 2 months for me to be called for the ceremony. So while there are applicants who get their ceremony the same day as their interview, some who have the interview on a Friday, have to wait for 2 months. It does not have any logic to it, it is definitely not fair and it shows how disrespected the applicants are. Please do not schedule Friday interviews, if you do not organize ceremonies that day or at least have these people come for the next available ceremony ! And I would also like to mention that I am a highly educated physician, coming from a Christian European country, who has been living in this country for 10 years, no problems with the law. I earned my Green Card through my work, not through the GC lottery. You would think that someone like me should be prioritized. But no. I guess I will just have to wait for my turn. 10 years.
