Be careful of this store for printing costs. This store charges double the amount for per square feet poster printing as compared to all UPS stores in the Lone Tree/Highlands Ranch location. 7011-lincoln-ave UPS Store 2000, the staff member either could not determine the correct price, was unprepared to assist, and quoted an arbitrary amount close to $385 for posters that we have printed in other locations at $110 ish. She either did not know how to handle the print request or did not want to proceed with the job. Her calculation was wrong as well $8 per sq feet for 24 inch by 48 inch ( 3 posters) was $192 and she gave me a $385. Please do not waste your time even going to the store for any printing services. I greatly recommend Store No 1186 at 7931 S Broadway Littleton for any poster printing services. They have consistently helped us and today they had issues with the printer, so I tried this store at 7011 Lincoln Avenue. They think the customers are foolish and cannot calculate costs and very bad service. read more

This store refuses to prove themselves and will not take responsibility. Dropped off a package to return to Amazon. After over a week the package does not show picked up. I went back to ask about it and they state they gave it to the driver but they cannot and will not give me anything to prove it, just the tracking number that shows not picked up. read more

Paid for shipping on a custom shipping on a custom table I built and they destroyed it. I had to drive to Texas (from Parker, Colorado) where it was delivered to re-make the table. Don't waste your money with this location. They are not professional, nor do they care about what they're shipping. Insurance is a joke too. Avoid this store. read more

Some facts about this location: They will charge $1 for a small strip of packing tape if your package isn't sealed. They may or may not accept USPS drop off packages with pre-paid postage, it depends on who is working. (They have always taken my pre-paid USPS packages, and one time they were busy and the guy turned me away and sent me to the post office. I don't have time to guess whether or not they will accept my pre-paid package.) read more

I took an Amazon return there with a barcode which, if you haven't done this before, doesn't require you to box the item -- just walk in with item and show the barcode. Ashok became angry and abusive in less than 1 minute of me entering. He refused to accept the return without it being boxed and was really, really rude about it and acted like he would be doing me a big favor -- if you don't want to do Amazon returns, I think maybe you should work for someone that doesn't promise to do Amazon returns. I walked in expecting to walk out in 30 secs with my return handled, but instead I got insulted. This was a very fast and efficient trip to UPS. I truly did not know what I was doing, and the gal mad it very easy. Next Christmas I will come here to mail my packages because of how easy this trip was. The only complaint is the strong smell of weed from the moment I walked in. I don't ship a lot of packages, so maybe I'm inexperienced, but man I feel like I got taken advantage of here, so I won't be going back. My total, for mailing an oversized padded envelope which they charged me $2.99 for [fair], was $38 for a package shipped on Friday to arrive "Tuesday or Wednesday". Afterward, I had massive buyer's remorse (I was broke, no money left), felt like I'd been robbed and was embarrassed to have paid so much, so I visited the UPS website to check my shipping cost afterward, and the maximimum it could possibly be was $21.25 for the fastest shipping available (which I did not choose). So, I paid $35+ in shipping, handling and whatever else to get a paperback and an envelope to the East Coast from this store, not using high level express services. I'm sure these guys are better to their regular customers than they were to me, and probably don't try to rob them, but man I felt like they cheated me - which is a bad feeling - so I won't be going back there again. read more

The service at the UPS Store was great. I needed a laptop to be sent back East. I think paying $30+ for the box and packing was ridiculously expensive. Also I noticed that the shipping price was escalated. It cost me a total of about $105 for ground shipping to Buffalo. Realizing this UPS store is a local business in a high rent shopping center is a good reason to charge absorbent prices. But it is pretty high for a retiree on Social Security. read more

My first time here I paid a considerable amount to have them pack and ship something. The item was badly packed and got damaged in transit. This was really frustrating because I know I could have packed it well enough to keep that from happening. I just didn't have the supplies. However, they were helpful and offered to pay for the repair which was nice. The second time here I needed to print 4 pages. In order to do this I had to use their computer which they charge for. The amount is minimal - $4 or so - but that wasn't the issue. It's the principle of it that I find wrong. I'm paying for the printed pages but on top of that I have to pay to use the computer to print those pages? I'm sure this is a UPS thing and not a franchise owner thing. But still. read more

Went in to ship my snowboard. The associate working told me it would be $75 to ship and $19 for the box alone. I went down the street to FedEx, which is faster and reliable, and paid a grand total of $17. Usually the gentleman that runs this store is very helpful however, I had something to ship that I basically just needed a box for. They wanted to charge me $7 to pack. I asked what they did and said they "fill the empty space". I said a box will work fine, I can pack it myself. They gave me the box and when I asked if they had tape (while he was taping a box!) he says, "you'll have to buy your tape. I cannot let you use ours - you might scratch yourself and sue us". This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life. I am typically quite understanding of business and that it is not fair to paint an entire business by one bad experience. That having been said--I felt compelled to write this review. Today, my wife attempted to drop off a package to be returned to the seller after we received a replacement. The seller provided a pre-filled UPS form to return ship at no cost. This was an expensive item. Nevertheless, this UPS store refused to provide any proof that the item was actually dropped off at their location and insisted that the prefilled form was proof of receipt by the store (even though my wife walked in the door with the form). We ultimately took the package back. I probably wouldn't have felt compelled to write this review except that the women was extremely smug throughout the entire interaction. Since as this employee said "UPS stores are independently owned and operated," this is the only way we can point out the absurdity of this policy, and the importance in being polite to your customers. Go someplace else. UPDATE: I went to a UPS store in Centennial. The store accepted my package and promptly printed a receipt for me. It seems to be just this location that is the problem. read more

This store just charged me 2 dollars and 17 cents to put a 2 foot piece of tape onto my box. I could see 50-100 cents but over 2 dollars just for one piece of tape is robbery. They said all UPS stores were charging this. I called the other UPS store in Parker and they said they would tape my box no charge. I have had other problems with this store, like them mixing up my order with someone else but wanted to give them another chance. Will never go back to this store. read more
