They were ready in about 18 hours...but unfortunately they were damaged (it appears the courier from the print shop to the Fedex location was a little rough with them). Tom (the manager) went out of his way to get them reordered immediately. He kept me up-to-date and got the new prints in incredibly quickly as well. The second go-around they were perfect. Tom was phenomenal throughout this process and worked with me to ensure that everything with my order was perfect.

Doing a quick search for the area I found SPC. I called to explain what I was looking to get printed and the gal was extremely kinda & helpful. She gave me some options (paper, size, resolution, etc.) as well as gave me a very reasonable price quote. While…read moreI always appreciate in person shopping experiences, I just couldn't find anything at a comparable price (like that big e-commerce business). I was shopping for a new office chair with only a few requisites...comfort, quality, and affordability. While the chairs that were within a reasonable price were not the most comfortable, I suffered some sticker shock with the ones that were "size-worthy". The "Shaq Chair" Maximos wasn't in stock but even that chair was uber pricy (and the chair seat was surprisingly short). Another stand out was the lack of staff presence. I spotted one employee at the front of the store (working at the register) and not once did I hear a "welcome" greeting or "thank you for coming in" upon exiting.

Fast Signs to the rescue!…read more I was in search of a print shop that could print overnight posterboards. All the local competitors were unable to pull this off - totally understandable, it's a small town. Lucky for me (and maybe future you) Fast Signs had me covered. Jessica at Fast Signs took my call Monday morning and had my requested signs prepped for pick up by Tuesday. Her team was quick, efficient, and so incredibly kind. The quality of signs was top tier as well. A little pricey, but well worth it for the quick turnaround. I'll note that they recently moved locations. Our gps took us to their previous location, so I'd recommend confirming this in advance.

The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year. As far as feeling welcomed into the store and the friendliness of the employee they were seriously lacking in that regard. However they do carry some really neat cards for all occasions along with other little gifts . Pricing is higher than USPS and UPS. As far as going back for any services they do offer , I'll take my business somewhere else.
