Went in Christmas Eve day to pick up package because UPS had left a note on my front door. The lady at postalannex was understandably in a rush locking the door behind me at 2:00pm telling me to come back. To be honest I'm not sure she heard a word I said she was in such a rush I came back to pick up my package December 31st arriving at noon ant the store was closed. The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year. As far as feeling welcomed into the store and the friendliness of the employee they were seriously lacking in that regard. However they do carry some really neat cards for all occasions along with other little gifts . Pricing is higher than USPS and UPS. As far as going back for any services they do offer , I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Why would you go to US Postal service when you can go here?! My spouse and I went to get some passport photos, and a staff member helped with the entire passport renewal process. Hassle free, quick and super efficient! The staff member even had the government passport mailing address memorized. Definitely recommend! read more

The person who waited on me was not wearing a mask despite the fact that masks are required in Colorado, especially in such closed non-ventilated spaces. When I asked to her to do so she told me "I don't do that". She weighed and measured my package and said the least expensive way to send it was by USPS but the amount was high and she claimed she didn't know if it would be less at the post office. In fact, it turned out that the post office charged 2/3 of what it would have cost at the Postal Annex. read more

Paula is the best! She made our trip to the PA+ so enjoyable! From giving my husband a hard time for wearing a Raiders shirt to the sweet pup in the corner to going out of her way to help us notarize our forms, I'm still smiling from our visit! Excellent customer experience!! I've been going there for years, for all my package (and other) needs. They're great about finding me the best shipping method at a competitive price. Let's face it- who really wants to go to the Post Office? We have also used their notary services. Excellent!! Additionally, we have packages which need a signature sent there, and we simply pay a nominal fee when we pick them up. Sure beats chasing UPS or FedEx through town! The worst customer service I've ever had in my life. One of the employees actually went and got in my face. I have my three-year-old child with me with a guy wanting to step into my face so my child could see this! and I sent an item for $75 that was a broken watch. Item was returned so now I'm out $75. I asked him why and then said they didn't know. So they decided when I asked how they didn't know. And Brian decided that he needed to get in my face. So if you would like to lose money and have them get in your face this is a perfect place for you to go. I took dishes to this business to be packed and shipped. I was told I could not receive an estimate because it depended on packing supplies used and they had no idea the amount of material needed for the job. I was concerned that they weren't keeping track of the shipping materials used. They wrapped at least 2 items in each sheet of bubble wrap and then charged me for 130 sheets for 126 dishes! The bubble wrap was $102.70; the tape was $15.80; and styrofoam peanuts and saran wrap were $32.70! The wrapping was $162.95 after tax!! The Paula and Shannon assured us repeatedly that they did not charge any more for shipping than FedEx (or UPS or USPS--whoever you choose to ship with), so we went ahead and paid for shipping at Postal Annex to save ourselves a trip to FedEx. As it turns out, Postal Annex charges in excess of 50% more than FedEx charges, so we were misinformed each time we inquired. It cost us $102 each for three boxes that we would have paid $66 each for at FedEx. While they did a great job packing, it did not make up for the extreme overcharges and deception that occurred. read more
