To be honest I'm not sure she heard a word I said she was in such a rush I came back to pick up my package December 31st arriving at noon ant the store was closed. The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year. As far as feeling welcomed into the store and the friendliness of the employee they were seriously lacking in that regard. However they do carry some really neat cards for all occasions along with other little gifts . Pricing is higher than USPS and UPS. As far as going back for any services they do offer , I'll take my business somewhere else.

Todd politely explained the return would need to be taken to Kohl's or Whole Foods, offered to review the Amazon instructions with the gentleman but he insisted he should be able to return it there, at UPS. Honestly some people can be so impatient and rude. Todd kept it together and politely apologized to everyone in the store he would be with them as soon as he could as he was alone in the shop. My wife's photo was rejected by the Passport Agent because it didn't meet the required standards (the image cut off part of her hair, which is not acceptable for a passport photo). We had to get a new photo taken at the post office in order to submit our documents. When we brought the rejected photo back to request a refund, we were told they do not issue refunds for passport photos--despite the fact that the issue was with how the photo was taken. For printing or shipping services, this location has been fine. But for passport photos, I would suggest going elsewhere where the staff is trained to meet the strict requirements.

What I expected: A quick acknowledgment of the mistake and a clear plan to locate and reroute the package. Courteous, helpful staff who take customer concerns seriously. Timely updates on the status of the package and resolution. Would not recommend this location based on this experience. If you must use FedEx, consider confirming pickup or delivery details directly and be prepared for potential frustration if things go wrong. I hope they improve their customer service and accuracy in handling deliveries.
