The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year. As far as feeling welcomed into the store and the friendliness of the employee they were seriously lacking in that regard. However they do carry some really neat cards for all occasions along with other little gifts . Pricing is higher than USPS and UPS. It's not a reflection of the nice lady working, but the manager should make sure things are being taken care of in the front of the house. I've walked out 3 times while waiting in line over the past month, each while waiting almost 15 min and the line barely moves. Not sure why I keep coming back.
