My washer broke down the day we got back from a vacation and we were told it would take up to 10 business days to get the replacement part. Meanwhile, I had multiple loads of laundry to do, my husband's work clothes, and we go through towels like crazy. I bagged it all up and took it to One Stop. I didn't do the laundry myself because of time constraints, so I used the fluff and fold drop off service, and I needed same day service. Annette, ( I hope I'm remembering her name correctly), was very gracious. I got laundry clean and folded nicely, even socks and underwear, the same day as promised. I came back several times until my machine was repaired. All the staff are very nice and accommodating. They saved my life!

He said that people are honest and no one would take someone else's comforter, that would be gross. He insisted that I or someone that knew my name picked it up. He has owned this business since 2006 and stated they have never given dry cleaning to the wrong person, hard to believe! So I'm out the comforted and the cleaning charge. Recently we resumed service with the company. I feel the prices are fair. Maybe a little high. But what I truly did not appreciate was I had an outstanding balance from 5 years ago. Once they got a hold of my credit card information this month they billed the outstanding balance without telling me. Of course I didn't know we had a balance with them and would have paid it if I knew. Here's what really upsets me. I called the company to resume service. They pull up my account. And NEVER once mention I had $90+ they needed to bill me. They just bill it when they got my card for the most recent services. Will be cautious in how I proceed. Still using the services. They claim they tried to contact me MANY times in regards to the balance. Hmmmm well my phone number hasn't changed in over 18 years. So I find that hard to believe. The clothes come back in great condition. Just worried about the actual back office side. Seems shady they never once talked to me before billing my card over $130 after he first resumed service. Imagine my surprise to have sent 7 garments and been billed over $130. They have my email and phone number and Home address. Three forms of contact and NOT one of these did I ever receive information in regards to an outstanding balance.
