Was impressed to know that they are an Organic Cleaners (little more pricey) and all Shirts laundered and alterations are done on property & they are very proud to tell you. Needed a new zipper in my favorite jeans. They told me a week and had my jeans on the counter waiting for my pickup. The price was reasonable & the lady was very kind. Have called 5 times to try and get information about pricing for multiple different items. Sent to voicemail all 5 times after only a few rings. Do you not want new business? Very interesting strategy for a business with no website or online information. Will go up the street to 24/7 dry cleaners. read more

This place has lost my, and my family's dry-cleaning business for life. My wife brought in my sweater and when I went to pick it up the lady behind the counter refused to give it to me unless I paid her cash, even though they take credit cards. She pointed to a sign above the register that said to use a credit card you had to charge at least $20 -- my sweater bill was $10.55. Credit cards do charge, at most 3% on transactions, so this genius lost my family's business for 31 cents. Pennywise, pound foolish! read more

There work is always fantastic and they take the time to find the issues you don't know your clothes have (at no additional costs). Stroh Ranch Cleaners has continued to be a wonderful business in our community and a place I will always recommend to neighbors and friends! Stroh Ranch Cleaners continues to be my favorite dry cleaner in Parker. They're timely and always make their deadline, it's always the same woman at the front desk and she's very friendly, all the dry cleaning is done in-house and their prices are very reasonable. I definitely wouldn't say they are overpriced. They also offer 24/7 drop off though I haven't used it yet. I have needed stuff cleaned quickly for a trip before and they always accommodate. I used them mostly for button down shirts, suits, and dresses. In the two years I've used them I've only experienced one issue and that was a stain on a shirt. I have always had a positive experience here and will continue to give them my business! read more

Extremely disappointed with this establishment They dry cleaned one of my jackets and completely destroyed the leather finishes. Their building has a sign that states they specialize in leather and suede. This jacket is no longer wearable and they refused to accept any responsibility for the damage. They also insulted me by saying I was looking for free dry cleaning They lied in the reply review and said I left without paying when they told me they would not charge me for the dry cleaning, but I still have a loss of over $200 to replace the damaged jacket beyond the dry cleaning amount. They refused to address this loss and they did not say they were sorry for the damage. Also, DO NOT fall for their requests to ask for a 5 star review by offering you a discount for their services. Took in a suit to have a repair on the sleeve and to be be dry cleaned, also a white shirt. The lady stated she could fix the sleeve and provided me a pick up date. I picked the suit up and brought it home. I noticed the sleeve was not fixed at all and even more damaged. There was lint and hair stuck on the suit and white shirt. If you want to pay $40.00 for NO cleaning or repairing I would definitely go here! read more

I have been coming to Stroh Ranch Cleaners once a week for almost 6 years since moving to Parker from another state. I am always greeted with a smile and from about week 5, I didn't even have to give my name when I walked in. Sometimes, they even recognize my car when I pull up and my clothes are already hanging on the pole ready to be picked up. I love the phone calls I will occasionally get right before a big holiday reminding me of closures - nice touch! Super warm and friendly family. Fair pricing and excellent service.
