Updated review: owner was prompt and responsive, took the constructive feedback in stride. They have earned a second chance. Note to owner: Thanks Ryan for the feedback and reply. I have a load of clothes I need to clean so I'll head over. read more

Convenient, friendly, and does a good job. I work weird hours so I love the convenience of the 24hr drop-off and pick-up. They did a great job of steaming my formal dress for an event. read more

LOVE this place! I work a ton and have a very hard schedule. I dropped off my clothes on Sunday after hours and was able to pick them up on Tuesday. Here I am in front of their store at 8:15 PM and I was able to get my stuff for an important business dinner for tomorrow. Very awesome business and very reasonable prices!!!! read more

They do not deliver on time and have very poor communication. Suggest using another dry cleaner.

Do not use this cleaner if you want your clothes back on time! Called and spoke to them and they assured me multiple times they would have my clothes done and in a locker by Sunday night. Nothing and no answer or response from anyone. I had a flight on Monday morning I needed the clothes for. Drove over right when they opened on Monday and still two items weren't done. I waited and they showed up. Almost missed my flight but luckily I was able to put them in a suitcase and speed to the airport. They are now saying they got the clothes done just not by the rush date I paid for so will only refund the rush fee. Worst customer service! read more

they do a good job with the cleaning, my issues have to do with how long it takes to get my clothes back. currently day 11 waiting for my dry cleaning and not the first time it has taken so long. second issue is the open hours if you don't want to deal with the lockers. several times they have been gone during the middle of the day sign says be back in 30 minutes but you don't know when they left. Time to complete is my biggest issue, I will be looking for a new business to work with. read more

Convenience drop off & pick up in lockers Text messages with code when ready Service completed so far? Well, it's good. Not cheap but they ironed his jeans with creases.....Big no no. So had to put note that only dress pants need creases. I guess my biggest struggle on our experiences so far are that on my first trip I spent over $150 - literally took his wardrobe for a refresh....Took 5 days ...For the amount I got that BUT my last trip was for PRESS only which means clothes were clean just wanted them to press.....Took 5 days and I only had 5 items. That makes me take it down to a 3 star. If services improve Ill be sure to update post, but like I said I need a place off hours so I can live with good. read more

This dry cleaning spot has a lot going for it. Their prices are super inexpensive, their location is convenient, and their hours? Yeah - 24/7 baby! Seriously, that's not just drop off - they have a bunch of secure lockers in the lobby that you can get your clothes put in if you know you can't make it there when they're staffed. They have convenient individual laundry bags with your information and preferences on the tag so you just fill it up and drop it off whenever, and you get an email in a day or so letting you know your clothes are ready. I use these guys for all my dress shirts, pants, suits and down comforters. The manager, John, took very very good care of me when one of my good shirts came back damaged. He didn't haggle with me or deny responsibility, he just took care of the problem, replaced the shirt and was polite and courteous throughout the process. Definitely as good as it gets my peeps! read more

John is amazing! They are always accommodating and will do pickup from your home. I had a situation where my credit card expired and they continued to do my cleaning and dropping it off while we waited for our new one. Amazing kind service the type of people who treat their customers like they are valued! read more

For now I can only give a 4 star.....John sold this business to someone else About 1 month ago...John didn't tell his clients obviously.....I was surprised by this news when I arrived at the store to drop off some clothes and was told " John doesnt own this store any longer...the new owner's name is Ron".........It used to be reliable and on time.....I hope the new owner will be as good or better than John....he's getting his sea legs on now and it's a steep learning curve for anyone, I'm sure of that........It seems that John upon his departure did not give Ron all the information and tools needed to provide the very best seamless service just yet...... I will be patient before I judge too harshly. So far Ron and his crew seem to be working toward success but only time will tell....there have been a couple of hiccups on my orders since Ron took over....but truly, I wish Ron and his new crew the best of luck and I will continue to use 24/7 for the time being....it's only right to give the new owner a fair chance for this review ....Good Luck Ron and crew !! I hope I can give a 5 star next review. read more

Always friendly and professional. John knows my order before I ask. He goes and grabs it before having to ask my name. It's great to support small businesses in our town of Parker when you get this kind of great service where they go above and beyond. It may or may not be more pricy than some others but I appreciate service with a smile and the extra amenities 24/7 offers as a dry cleaning business. Also, I just met Autumn, one of the assistant managers yesterday. Just as friendly and professional. She went out of her way to be helpful and informative about some extras the business offers. Keep up the great work! read more

Never received a text or call to pick up suit and dress for wedding. I try calling the number no one answers. I start panicking call it once more and leave a voicemail. Long story short I get a text saying that one of the workers will be at the store in 20 min and to wait. No apology or explanation. Dress wasn't cleaned all the way and the worker called the owner on speaker phone to see what she should do. Apparently he didn't know he was on speaker phone and says "she's being a pain in my ass". Didn't realize asking for the service I paid for to get done was "being a pain in the ass". Won't be coming back. Hope this saves others from a similar experience. read more

This had been our regular cleaners for some time. We had not gone for awhile during the close down but found their new location and were ready to continue business. On two different trips to the store I was met by someone without a mask. The register is in a corner where no social distancing is possible. I called and spoke to the manager and asked the policy on masks. He advised he left it up to employees! This means our business goes to a cleaners concerned with their customers health, and their employees health. read more

By far the best dry cleaner I have worked with. I have brought them everything from shirts I thought were ruined, my daily uniform to my one of a kind imported from Korea quilt. I have never been dissatisfied with the work and the prices are excellent since the staff works aggressively to lessen the cost as much as possible. Easy to give 5 stars. read more

We dropped off some pants and they said they could get the stains out and when I went to pick them up they stains where not out and the desk clerk had the attitude like well we tried !! Poor customer service I will never go back here again! read more

I love that I live near this place! I plop my laundry on the porch in a bag they provide on a Tuesday and it comes back clean and folded on Friday. All I have to do is put it away. With 4 kids, this is such a timesaver for me! I don't think they have this kind of service everywhere so I'll be sad if we ever move and don't find a place like this. They are also very accommodating - they have come back for my bags when I didn't get them put out on time. read more

So convenient and my husband's laundered shirts are perfect every time! I would recommend their services!

This a great place for routine dry cleaning - fast, quality work at a reasonable price. I unfortunately made the mistake of taking a wedding dress here that had a lot of staining on the train of the dress. The dress had been processed twice and the stains did not lift. I paid a lot of money for very poor results! It would have been extremely helpful for them to be up front about their abilities to clean my dress - I would have picked it up and not had them clean it. read more

It was very convenient to drop dry cleaning off at my work and they did a wonderful job. However both times I used them they did not return my dry cleaning when they said the would, nor did they contact me to let me know. I had to call them to find out where my clothes were and why they were late. As long as timeliness is not a factor to you, they are great. read more
