This time, my uniforms appeared to have their creases forced out of the sleeves and it was so wrinkled that I had to iron it when I got home. When I asked the front desk, I was told I had to request creased sleeves and wrinkle free... whaaat? She made me seem crazy when I asked her if she was serious. I clarified that this was my 4th visit and every other time, my uniforms were perfect. She again told me I had to request it, then preceded to roll her eyes.

His policy is prepay only and never gives you a receipt. I was told to come back a week later for services I paid for upfront. He then tells me my slacks were misplaced and he cannot find them. He asked me again for another week so he can locate my pants. I asked him to call me once he found my pants. After another two weeks passed without hearing from him I stopped by to pick up my pants. He told me he had lost them. I was rightfully furious and demanded he refund the alteration fee and dry cleaning fee I paid for plus reimburse me for the cost of the pants. His response was give him more time to locate my pants (it has now been over four weeks since I had originally dropped them off) and he refused to refund the alteration and dry cleaning cost and refused to reimburse me for my pants. The owner of this business lacks any sense of small business ethics and basic human decency. I am reporting this to BBB and will follow with a civil suit as a matter of principle. You will not get away with ripping people off!
