I was rightfully furious and demanded he refund the alteration fee and dry cleaning fee I paid for plus reimburse me for the cost of the pants. His response was give him more time to locate my pants (it has now been over four weeks since I had originally dropped them off) and he refused to refund the alteration and dry cleaning cost and refused to reimburse me for my pants. The owner of this business lacks any sense of small business ethics and basic human decency. I am reporting this to BBB and will follow with a civil suit as a matter of principle.
