OK, so this place is pretty reasonable for drycleaning....only problem is that the last time I got my clothes back, I SWEAR they hadn't been cleaned at all, only pressed. There had been lint on the pants and carpet fuzz on a dark shirt when I dropped the clothes off, and both items returned with their "friends" intact, only they were pressed. The clothes also didn't smell clean or like cleaning fluid. I may give 'em one more chance, but will be going to back to the expensive cleaners in town if this happens again. UPDATE 4/6/2010: My husband dropped off 2 of my sweaters before I could tell him to take them to another cleaners, and I got them back last week. Took one out to wear yesterday and still smelled the perfume I wore the last time I had the sweater on.......I only use one pump, so I know that the sweaters were not cleaned either......I am taking away the second star and downgrading them to 1. Very sad, because I thought I had found a decent, reasonably priced cleaners. read more

I have been using Hilltop Cleaners for at least three years and they do a fantastic job. They are the only cleaners I trust with my business suits. My clothes always come out looking fresh and clean. I've been coming to Hilltop cleaners for several years now. I originally found them because I needed a shirt cleaned same day. They were able to do that as their services are done "in house". They did a great job and were close to my work, so I started bringing my dry cleaning and husband's dress shirts here on a weekly bases. They are always done well and are ready when promised. But today something happened when I picked up clothing which prompted me to write this overdue and well deserved review. Eric retrieved my laundry and said, "Do you know what today is?" Puzzles I said, "umm no?" Eric: "Payday!" As he handed me $9 clipped on to my clean clothes (found in the pants pocket of the clothes I picked up.). Who does that? The answer is HILLTOP CLEANERS!! You know what they say...you can define someone's character by how they behave when you're not looking! As a side note, I no longer work in Parker. I live in Lone Tree and will continue to drive the distant to support this local business who has absolutely EARNED our business!!!! WOW! I took in my husband's flight jacket which I think had not been cleaned in 20 years! He's 93 years old, loves his jacket, and wears it all day every day. The lining is shredded. I took it to Hilltop cleaners because they did a great job on my couch cushion covers. The gentleman took wonderful care of it. He told me he would wash it in a mesh bag. This is the best cleaners we have found and we have lived in five different states. They are super professional and fast. We tried another "five star" cleaners in Parker that shall remain nameless but it is near the trampoline place.... they ruined a $200 silk blouse and failed to clean a dress satisfactorily. I consider customer service as important as the quality of service provided. I am completely impressed with Hilltop Cleaners because 1) I didn't even know my husband was using them and the quality is great, 2) I have been traveling and life is hectic and I needed a pair of slacks cleaned same day - and I forgot to pick them up, and 3) when we called - at closing time - to inquire about my slacks we were told they would wait for us to come pick them up after hours. I don't intend to count on that since I was the one who messed up, but their willingness to meet my needs makes me a fan for life. Why would I go anywhere else? read more
