Decided to try the new cleaners by our home - what a mistake! I brought in a perm-pleated blouse for cleaning and it's now ruined. They tried to "spot" iron out the pleats so the pleats are now completely out of shape. It appears the owners didn't know how to treat an expensive piece of clothing. The collared shirts to be laundered and lightly starched were not done as asked either. A $50 waste of money. Please note this is a new owner taking over the prior dry cleaner's space. Our family was in town for my son's wedding and needed about 20 pieces of clothing pressed due to being wrinkled from the suitcases. This place was rated #1 on Yelp so we stopped in and my wife went in to inquire about getting suits/dresses pressed and the guy ask were we local and regular customers and she said no, we are out of town and he said they didn't have time to get it done and we would have to go elsewhere. This was a Tuesday and needed the clothes on a Thursday. So if you're not local, DON'T come here. Go to Fashion Care Professional Dry Cleaning, they will take care of you!!! read more

It's what you want in a cleaners. Ready when you need it, and everything looks like you'd expect it when you get it. Service isn't cheap. $4 to launder and more than $7 for basic shirt dry cleaning. It's the first time I've used a cleaners since moving to Colorado, so maybe that's par for the course around here, but it's almost twice what I'm used to paying. I'll call some of the others around town first next time to see if pricing is about the same. If it is, I won't hesitate to come back. read more

We had gone to Dependable Cleaners here in Castle Rock for probably 20 years and then they closed the local store. We had to fine a new place for our cleaning so we tried Polo Cleaners and they were just a wonderful "mom and pop" business, they did great work and are very friendly and helpful. Even though they are not near as convenient as Dependable was for us I'm willing to drive across town for a great cleaner that's very reliable! read more

I've seen this cleaner just driving through town (my bank is in the same area) and decided to give it a try when I needed a dress jacket dry cleaned. I dropped the jacket off Monday and I was able to pick it up Tuesday evening for a really cheap price! When I got home I realized I brought home the wrong jacket and had to go back the next morning. The owner was very apologetic and after a few minutes we were able to find my jacket. There was a little dyslexia problem with the ticket numbers between my jacket and another person's (no one's fault really). Brought two items of clothing to be altered and was quoted a great price, in writing in my pick-up ticket. Went two times to pick them up on designated dates and was told "Our tailor is sick and the items aren't ready." On the third try to pick them up they were ready--with the employee's comment, "Our tailor is still sick so we had to send them out to someone more expensive". This new price at the register was nearly three times as much (2.82 times, to be exact) the original quoted price. No one had contacted me to ask if this would be okay and if I'd like to proceed with the alteration, nor was any negotiation offered at the register. read more
