With all the holiday and end-of-the-year events, I was in desperate need to have my dry cleaning. I happened to stop by Andrew's Cleaners, and I gotta say, this was quite a pleasant experience. The gentleman at the front was very kind and accommodating for my last minute requests. I have been unsatisfied with my past dry cleaning experiences, which included ruined shirts and clothes not pressed properly. But Andrew's Cleaners delivered big time. I had a beautiful white button down dress shirt! I am saying that I had! I have other shirts and finally needed to wear my shirt. Much to my dismay, I was given a Tuxedo Shirt instead of my SHIRT! I brought it back today, thinking that something would be done! Well in short order the "Man" is the one that gave me the wrong shirt, told me that it could not be. The "Woman" entered my phone number in the system and lo and behold came to the realization of "I never brought in a Tuxedo Shirt!" She is SO CORRECT, I DO NOT own one! Yet my concern was not handled!!! No apologies, nothing but, you did not bring in a Tuxedo shirt! After several minutes of this back and forth, the realization of that I am at fault because they gave me the WRONG SHIRT! Where my Button Down shirt is unknown, no dialogue of we are sorry, what can we do to make it right, nothing. I know that this is not a place for me to do business as my Shirt was given to someone else, this Tuxedo Shirt is nice, am quite sure the owner is looking for it and yet satisfaction is NOT FORTH COMING! I will never bring or enter this establishment ever again! Thank you for losing my SHIRT!!!!!! We have tried several cleaners since moving here 5 years ago and, without a doubt, Andrews Cleaners knows how to expertly clean whatever you need cleaning. And I mean anything. I have used Andrews cleaners for 7 years, I have had great service from the owner Cindy. I average about $2500.00 a year in dry cleaning here. Today I go to pick up my dry cleaning and the blouse that I specifically took to have cleaned that I was planning on wearing to my father's funeral in two days was not in my pick up order. I went back in and talked to the gentleman and he said I did not drop a blue blouse off and proceeded to argue with me. I told him I absolutely brought in the blouse with my order as that was my main reason for coming to the cleaners. I asked if he could go look, he said you did not bring the blouse in and just kept reading from the receipt. I left and called back later in the day and asked for the owner and he said she was on vacation. I asked again if he could just look to see if it was misplaced, he was rude and said I did not bring in and hung up on me. I will never ever go back to this establishment as there are too many other cleaners to go to in Castle Rock. They will never get one penny from me and I hope no one has the same treatment as I did. Well had 3 uniforms cleaned... Was way too expensive and only needed 3 hats starched and they starched one hat inside out and did not attempt to fix it. Not going back here again. read more

My family has been coming to this location for several years (10+). The owners are always very courteous and friendly and they do a great job for the price. They are cheaper than most other chain cleaners in the area and I have NEVER had any issues with the service or dry cleaning. I drive to this location from DTC just because the people are awesome and do a fantastic job! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anybody in the Castle Rock area! read more
