The owner, Alison, is an expert, and was delightful sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm. I was impressed by the depth of her knowledge of boots, hides and turquoise, among other things. I enjoyed our conversation as I shopped. I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous, large cowhide, which makes an outstanding rug in my family room. The quality and beauty of the hide is indescribable, we will love it for years to come. Looks terrific with my leather sofa and warms my hardwood floors. It is the perfect rug. I actually thought it was too nice to use as a rug, but the owner shared so much about how to care and clean it, it gave me the confidence to try it. We love it. I recommend a visit to Tumbleweeds, the prices, the quality, and the style are unbeatable. The owner is charming. She mentioned that she is opening another location on Santa Fe, in the Arts District in downtown Denver, I will definitely be checking it out. I am a huge fan of Tumbleweeds. Last year, Isi helped us reset my wedding ring in gold, and he guided us to the perfect setting. He even let me borrow a similar ring while mine was being prepared, which was such a thoughtful touch. I absolutely love my ring! This Christmas, my husband took me back to have my mom's engagement stone set in a gold pendant with a paperclip chain. Jennifer was amazing in helping us choose the perfect setting and chain. At first, I thought the chain was too long, but it has four different clasp points, allowing it to be worn at different lengths--such an incredible detail! They have jewelry but I was informed by the manager it's packed in bags and a flat rate. You get to look at it for a few minutes and then you need to decide. I was looking for 80s jewelry so I didn't need a whole packet. They had a few last chance racks of $2.55 items. I found a sweater which could pass for an 80s item on it so I was happy. Saw a great purse but I wasn't willing to pay $15 for it. A cute teapot from Harry and David made it into my cart and some water glasses to replace our chipped ones. Also a brand new sweater which came from TJMaxx overstock. I found two photo frames for gifts and one for myself. Used my gift card up and then some. The donation line of cars was long. But when I was leaving it was a little shorter so I joined it to donate morning the items in my trunk.
