My apartments are often inaccessible due to others locking our entry door during the day, and I sometimes worry about things getting stolen. This takes care of both of those issues. Perfect. Imagine my surprise to have the cherry on top of cheery, lovely service every.single.time. I come in (which is fairly frequently). The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. Whenever I have a package to pickup, it's always quick, efficient, and with a smile- what more could you ask for? We did have weather delay which i understand we can't do nothing about mother nature but package kept getting delayed. Still not delivered on Tuesday even though package was at the destination. The person at the other end had to go to the local center and they explained it was not sent as 2 day delivery. Called the mail center and they are explained it indicates it is a 2 day delivery but when they get delivered is fed ex issue, not theirs and i did not pay for 2 day delivery. That was never explained...I thought I was getting a good deal but apparently I was swindled... won't be using them.... should be honest with people.

That's almost a week!! upon physically going to PakMail to ask about the situation, I was told that it didn't get scanned in. Aren't there checks in place so this doesn't happen? Apparently not. Multiple times the employee there told me how much mail they receive on a daily basis. Like I care!!!! If they can't handle the volume of mailthat they're receiving, maybe they shouldn't accept new customers.

It's safer to drop off mail here because theives have been stealing from residential mail boxes... and taking deliveries from people's porches! I'm glad that I already had postage stamps on me. Because it was a Sunday, the Post Office was closed, but the self-service kiosk was open. Customers were waiting in line to use it! Forms for holding mail and other services were available... as well as free flat rate boxes. There were so many boxes for secure mail delivery, too. Thanks for being reliable, US Postal Service!

The Monument post office has been holding my package hostage since Nov. 11. A package that was sent…read moreon Nov. 6, (it is now Nov. 22) and at one point made it to Colorado Springs and close to a delivery. But then it went on a whirlwind road trip and left Colorado. It came back, landed in Monument, and there it freaking sits. I call and the phone rings forever and then it hangs up on me. WHY DO YOU PUBLISH A PHONE NUMBER ON A PHONE YOU NEVER ANSWER? I opened a case several days ago. My local PO is handling it, and has told me they've sent several emails to the Monument post office, but are not getting a response. Apparently there is no way to for one post office to contact another post office other than emailing, which seems insane to me. Maybe they are nice as others have indicated, but they sure are not responsive to someone who is trying to find out what the problem is with getting my package delivered. Glad I don't live in Monument and have to use that post office. At least my post office answers their phone.

U-Haul scam - stay away!…read more I rented a box truck from this 3rd party U-Haul location in January 2024 (EZ Ship off Academy). After returning the truck, the shop manager charged an exorbitant "fuel" charge in the amount of $53. I drove less than 40 miles. I called the store manager to inquire about the fuel charge. Their response was that I should not have placed keys in the drop box, and that I should have physically entered the store to return the box truck. The manager then said that it was likely that another individual siphoned fuel from the truck after it was dropped of at the store. The manager said that I was responsible for someone siphoning fuel out of the truck while the truck was on the store's property, and after the truck had been locked with keys placed in the lockbox. After pleading my case the manager refused to offer a refund, citing a u-haul policy (which was not reviewed adequately during time of contract signing). This experience was extremely disappointing, stay away! Fuel charge will be disputed with CC company and complaint will be submitted to U-Haul.

RAC, I've noticed gets the shit end of the deal when it comes to delivering UPACK/ABF Freight. I…read morereceived constant lies and misinformation from UPack. First, the pressured me not to contact RAC transport with my freight package and to solely go through UPACK. This is BS. If I didn't talk to RAC, I would have blamed them for all UPacks faults. 1) They would not give me the local carrier company information. 2) They said RAC will only deliver Monday and Wednesday. This is a lie. I called RAC and they could deliver m-f. Which is annoying when trying to plan a cross country move. 3) They said my UPACK will be at my house in 4-6 business days. Another lie. My freight reached RAC after roughly 8 business days. While confirming a speedy delivery and I'm still without my items. 4) When I called about my freight they said again not to contact RAC. And though I am still without my freight I've been in contact with RAC they proved with they care more about getting me my freight more then upack. So my advice to everyone, just call and be nice. They are a great help and solid communicators. If you work through your dilemma with them they will problem solve. So my advise before blasting RAC be civil and talk to them. If the employee seems disgruntled it's likely because you have little clue to the stresses you put on them with your disgruntled attitudes.
