    Mailing a post card in Monument, Colorado…read more.. This is a really large, clean, and relatively new post office! It's safer to drop off mail here because theives have been stealing from residential mail boxes... and taking deliveries from people's porches! I'm glad that I already had postage stamps on me. Because it was a Sunday, the Post Office was closed, but the self-service kiosk was open. Customers were waiting in line to use it! Forms for holding mail and other services were available... as well as free flat rate boxes. There were so many boxes for secure mail delivery, too. Thanks for being reliable, US Postal Service!

    The Monument post office has been holding my package hostage since Nov. 11. A package that was sent…read moreon Nov. 6, (it is now Nov. 22) and at one point made it to Colorado Springs and close to a delivery. But then it went on a whirlwind road trip and left Colorado. It came back, landed in Monument, and there it freaking sits. I call and the phone rings forever and then it hangs up on me. WHY DO YOU PUBLISH A PHONE NUMBER ON A PHONE YOU NEVER ANSWER? I opened a case several days ago. My local PO is handling it, and has told me they've sent several emails to the Monument post office, but are not getting a response. Apparently there is no way to for one post office to contact another post office other than emailing, which seems insane to me. Maybe they are nice as others have indicated, but they sure are not responsive to someone who is trying to find out what the problem is with getting my package delivered. Glad I don't live in Monument and have to use that post office. At least my post office answers their phone.

My apartments are often inaccessible due to others locking our entry door during the day, and I sometimes worry about things getting stolen. This takes care of both of those issues. Perfect. Imagine my surprise to have the cherry on top of cheery, lovely service every.single.time. I come in (which is fairly frequently). The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. Whenever I have a package to pickup, it's always quick, efficient, and with a smile- what more could you ask for? I'll be sad to move in a few short months, but I've appreciated these folks alot in the time I've been able to use them. Fair pricing, wonderful people. Thank you!

Paid for something that was…read moresupposed to be delivered on sat ( two day delivery, mailed out on Thursday) when i specifically indicated it needs to be delivered 2 days... we checked and cheapest was FedEx. We did have weather delay which i understand we can't do nothing about mother nature but package kept getting delayed. Still not delivered on Tuesday even though package was at the destination. The person at the other end had to go to the local center and they explained it was not sent as 2 day delivery. Called the mail center and they are explained it indicates it is a 2 day delivery but when they get delivered is fed ex issue, not theirs and i did not pay for 2 day delivery. That was never explained...I thought I was getting a good deal but apparently I was swindled... won't be using them.... should be honest with people.

They have 3 different sizes washing machines and dryers…read more They have large spacious tables for you to fold (they fold for you too if needed) and sell detergent and dryer sheets. It's a cashless facility so no coins are needed. They have restrooms and provide complimentary WIFI, water and coffee. I would highly recommend washing your clothes here especially if you are visiting CO.

He does hold the door open for the ladies with bags of laundry. The inside of the laundry mat is dirty. The units aren't getting wiped down on the outside like when the girl used to work here. The guy parks his jeep right by the front door already very limited parking. I've never heard of an employee parking near the front so someone with heavy laundry. I can't even access that spot and then the company van is right beside his vehicle. So out of the five spots that are close to the store, you were taken up by an employee and the company van. any job I've ever had we weren't allowed to park in the front. When I asked him why there was so many cars near the front that early in the morning and he's like I don't know and I just watched him pull in with his black jeep. if there was another nice place to go in I definitely would go somewhere else when this first seemed to be up the washers and dryers are already broken. There's big gobs of gum in several of the dryer so make sure you check that first. I did laundry two weeks ago and one of my shirts came home smelling like Pine-Sol not sure how that happened. not sure what's going on with that but definitely if anyone can recommend a better place to wash laundry please I am up for suggestions. PS. two loads in the night tiny washers but the next ones up and two dryers cost me $25.40 every week that's highway robbery.

They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!
